Impeccable Service”
We booked this hotel during the highest season of the year, year end holiday. We stayed for 5D4N. It was perfect. Highest apreciation to all F&B and Housekeeping team. Eventough the hotel was fully booked, the service and the quality of the food served during breakfast was very well executed. There were never out of food. Even in the injury time, few minutes before closed. Everything still available, plenty utensils, tables were cleaned in a materof minutes. Our favourite was live station Nasi Goreng. 10 out of 10 we would say. For the housekeeping, they still manage to do a torough job altough every single room was occupied. They were very attentive to our needs for extra bed, towels, etc. Even they still manage to clean the dishes from room service at very late hour. Salute! Because we all know, the quality of a hotel and its staff will shown during holidays. Definitely will come again.

Good place, good food, good location”
This is actually the 2nd time I visited Aston Sentul. Besides the spacious room, and cleanliness, I also love the good location (near from Jakarta & Bogor). The various breakfast menus also 1 of the reason I like this place. Will surely return here in next occassion :)

Lovely place to escape from Jakarta”
1st time stayed at Aston Sentul Lake Resort . It was a great experience, I was amazed with the lobby on arrival it was open, big and had a great view over look to the mountain. Clean room, friendly staff, our kids love the swimming pool so much. For food during breakfast I advice the chef has to put more effort on the taste. Just simple example bubur kacang ijo and ketan hitam was taseless where it's supposed to be tasty the sugar, the ginger, the coconut milk. For food ordered through room service was good, soto betawi and spaghetti bolognaise was delicious . We love the view from the balcony of our room beautiful mountain over looked. Over all we enjoyed staying here and we will be back soon.

I chose the villa because it had a private pool, good cleanliness, friendly staff, got afternoon tea, cakes and fruit, and I asked for breakfast to be sent to the villa. Thank you Aston

Nice and cozy resort in Sentul”
Great location, many facilities for kids and also adults. The best thing is they have a lake with nice boat. Bedroom and bathroom is neat and clean. Soundproof enough. Not so big swimming pool but very nice. Breakfast menus are so so. The taste is as good as we expect. This hotel need improvement for this. Overall the hotel is very nice and cozy.

A lot of facility we can use here. We rent bike, though some of their bike are too old so it’s not that comfortable but still ok. The rooms are nice, breakfast was splendid. When we stayed there’s a big renovation happening so the restaurant is not in the place it’s used to be, but they used ballroom instead and they played cartoon so we loved it. I had an issue with my bathroom water and they resolve it quickly. If you need quick staycation not far from the city, this could be a perfect place.
