Love all frm this hotel, the food was great with so much choices, the staffs frm receptionist, room services, restaurant, laundry, driver all helpful and polite. I will come back to this hotel when I travel to PGK again n will try the new villa that just built. Hope there will be private pool or jacuzzi at the Villa.

Location is not very strategic compared to other hotels on the same price, but quite quiet for stay, no fridge, slow wifi. Quite good variety of breakfast

Decent Hotel with Great Location”

Near to airport and to the city. Decent foods for breakfast. I asked for connecting room because we travel with young kids, but they said it's not available for our room type. And we got separated rooms even in the same floor. But there were some unoccupied rooms also at the same floor. Not sure why they have done that.

Once arrived at the hotel, it tooks around 20 minutes for the FDA to find my booking and asked me if I booked the room on last minute. I said yes, but it was yesterday not the day i arrived like a walk-in guest. Seems the front office module didn't sync with online reservation system. Finally got the room, but it was twin bed whilst i requested for double bed. Called the FDA and explain the situation, she said that the hotel is fully booked ans only twin bed available. I told her that these are Hollywood twin beds, that you can combine both beds to become a double bed (i bet the FDA didnt expect that her guest is a hotellier and know this thing). So finally she said she will contact the housekeeping and in less than an hour I got my double bed. I still dont know if its the front office or housekeeping that didnt want to fulfil my request at the first place. The room was OK, got balcony and the bonus got leftover cigarettes from previous guest that makes me question if the hotel has enough manning at HK department because it seems there is no supervising from the spv after the room attendant clean and setup the room. The strongest dept in this hotel would be the kitchen department. I ordered room service and all taste good. And so does breakfast varieties and taste. I saw some construction going on with different type of rooms near the pool, the design is very nice and hopefully the cleanliness and services will also follow in near future.

Honest review :) Pros: near airport, they provide free shuttle from / to airport, free birthday cake for birthday guest Cons: no mini fridge, room unclean & dusty, bed unclean.. Breakfast so so.. Chill bar, spa, & gym not well operated, not even 1 staff there..
