The view alone is spectacular
Hotel is centrally located and close to many nice restaurants and shops. I was pleasantly surprised with the small mini fridge in the room. The room was a nice size and the bathroom spacious too. Things in the hotel are a little dated but the price was very reasonable. The a/c worked well and never had to wait long for the elevator. The best part was the roof top and the view of the Acropolis. At night we were able to go up to the roof and order a drink and soak up the night view of the Acropolis. There was even a lightning show in the sky that night. The next morning we were treated to a very nice breakfast (which was included in the price). We were able to sip our coffee watching the great view.

Great affordable family room
We found the room a comfortable size for a two adult two children family... Close enough to walk to most attractions and the Plaka!

Eh
Location, View, Price
The hotel is a bit older and the rooms could use updating. Staff was very accommodating, and the location was really great. Our room had a direct view to the Acropolis which couldn't be beat.

Hotel is very run down and dirty.
Location, staff speaks English and is helpful.
The hotel is extremely run down with very hard uncomfortable beds and the cleanliness is way below average. Dirty carpets, holes in curtains, shower head will not stay in place, you will have to hand hold it. The breakfast is the same every day, the tables are dirty and are not cleaned up after someone leaves. Definitely not 4 stars. Staff is helpful and location is good but we would never stay here again.

Perfect before airport
The location + the view of the Acropolis from the roof terrace + the great wifi
I enjoyed my stay, although my window faced a wall, so no view whatsoever, not even a view on the street. Excellent shopping on the street where this hotel is situated, much better shopping than in Plaka, great street for getting designer jewelry that is not too expensive, or semi precious stones for making jewelry (Bangkok style stone shops). One big problem, though, is the understaffed buffet in the morning. Tables remain full of dirty dishes when people leave them, some people go to eat on the exterior outside even if it is written on the patio door not to do so and no one tells these people they can't eat there so you feel like an idiot for having Followed the rules, the buffet is always missing something or other as there is a shortage of staff to get everything working the way it should.

Great Location. Nothing else.
Location. Roof-top breakfast with view.
It is not great. I stayed in this hotel only for its location, just a short walking distance to Syntagma Square and shopping area around. The breakfast is served at the rooftop and it offers a nice view of Athens city with Acropolis not too far away. However, the staff is not exactly helpful when I asked for direction to certain places. Wifi IS NOT working in the room. You may get the signal but it keeps disconnecting from the internet that you would not be able to use it. I have to get down to the lobby and sit there to use the wifi. It works perfect in the lobby area.

nice
view, location, staff performance
Very convenient location, almost all the sight seeings are near by walking distance: 10-15 mins to Arch of Hadrain, then temple of Zeus, Panathenean Stadium. Near to the plaka shopping area also. The staffs there are friendly. I like the roof top restaurant very much, not only the acropolis views, but also the dinner. The breakfast is nice. Room is standard and clean, not so small.
