Very dissapointed”

The rom was the most Expensive I have paid ever and also the smallest and less nice room ever. The restaurant was chaotic and extremely noisy and so was the pool area where people brought their own music and alcohol in buckets while there was also music from the hotel. Will never come again. No bar open, not even possible to buy a coffee from the lobby....

Astral Palma review”

I stayed here for 3 nyts. For a resort this place offered a spacious room and value for money with breakfast included. Upon arrival we also recieved a free dinner voucher from the friendly receptionist. The pool is not heated and your better off swimming at the beach as its warmer. Location is 5 min walk to tye beachfront. You can also take paddlers out around the lagoon for free. The only issue is that the furnishings in the room are dated. Things like curtains, tables and chairs. No iron and board but there is one in a common room on the 2nd level. The bed was comfy. Heater worked well. Tv has limited stations in english (2) . I would stay again especially if they refurbish the rooms.

Estuvo lindo y nos regalaron un cena ya que era solo con desayuno. Deben mejorar la calidad y nivel de comida y la imagen de como la presentan en el comedor. El hotel es precioso y lo amerita. Tambien que abran el pub no solo julio y agosto como dijeron . Es alho lindo tener donde beber algo y pasar el rato y no hay nada en el lobby. Y cuidar que se respete el derecho de todos pues hay muchisimo ruido alrededor de la pileta y cada uno va con su parlante musical y ni la musica del hotel se puede disfrutar. Y el derecho de disfrute es de todos. Los directivos deben tomar medida y poner limite a la gente pues cada uno hace lo que quiere y no hay disfrute de los demas que no ponemos parlante. Creo que mi derecho empieza donde termina el del projimo y asibel del projimo no termina. Uno de lis dias habia alrededor de la piketa 3 parlantes a todo volumen mas la musica del hotel. Nada se apreciaba. Ruido espantoso. No se podia descansar y ni disftutar de la musica pues se escuvhaba todo junto. Creo debetian prohibir lis parlantes en esto casos alrededor de la pileta. Lo demas pues disfrutamis del lago en un pelican y es una atraccion linda del hotel. Gracias pir el regalo de la cena y los detalles de armar cisnes con las toallas sobre las cama en la habitacion.

הייתה לנו חוויה מאוד טובה במלון! החדר שלנו היה מאוד מרווח ונעים.. המלון שדרג אותנו בארוחת ערב ביום לבחירתנו וזה היה לנו מאוד נוח לאחר יום של נסיעה בו היינו עייפים. העובדת בקבלה (אלכס) הייתה מאוד נחמדה ואדיבה ופתחה לנו את החופשה בצורה נעימה מאוד! הייתה לנו חופשה כיפית מאוד במלון, תודה!

האתר לא ברור ומבולבל וגרם לי להזמין חדר זוגי ליחיד כאשר היינו 2 חדרים של 2 זוגות.”

כאשר הגענו למלון מסתבר שההזמנה נעשה על ידי האתר, היא חדר זוגי לאדם בודד! נאלצנו לשלם למלון תוספת כספית. אם הייתי יודעת שזה כך לא הייתי מזמינה דרך אתר האגודה אלא דרך אתר אחר. כאשר התקשרתי לאגודה קיבלתי יחס לא טוב ומזלזל. חזרו אלי רק כעבור כמה שעות (כאשר כבר היינו במלון!! ופשוט המתנו) והציעו לנו מחיר מופקע לתוספת אדם בחדר!!

מלון נקי מאוד, שירות מצוין, החדר בו התארחנו היה מחודש ונקי, מגוון גדול מאוד בחדר האוכל, בריכה נעימה. בחדר יש מקרר. יש חניה במלון אבל מקומות מוגבלים, יש חניה חינם במרחק הליכה קצר מאוד מהמלון. המיקום של המלון מצוין, מרחק הליכה לכל מקום.
