Highly recommend! ”

The location of this hotel is excellent, the sea is amazing. You can walk to Blue Bay for about 20minutes via road or beach on low tide. The staff of the hotel ready made our stay perfect, even thougt the weather was not great. I would like to personally thank the two guys that were working on our first days. You are the best! The hotel arranged Flow event for the first time, and we really liked it.

The staff were excellent: very friendly and helpful. The location is 15 mins walks south from Point Jerome, and 15 mins walk north from Blue Bay. There is very good snorkeling straight off the beach. For me, this was a relatively expensive choice. I had higher expectations than I usually have, and this is reflected in the feedback below. I was there on half board. The food was only average; the dinners were not of high quality and the serving sizes were small. e.g. the bread given was dry on one side, like it has been cut hours earlier. The breakfast was cold buffet only; you had to pay extra for eggs etc. I would suggest walking to Blue Bay for lunch, where the cost was similar or less, and the food of higher quality. Snorkeling was included, but they did not have sufficient equipment. The 1st day I could only secure a mask (no snorkel). The 2nd day I got a mask and snorkel, but there was only one option and it did not fit well.

Little paradise”

Very good location - right next to amazing beach where the snorkeling is just amazing. Cute little hotel, not too big. Restaurant is next to the beach. Nice area. Room was clean and simple, big bed.

For isolated and complete relaxation needs! ”

Located at private beach with steps landing in sea lagoon. Site blessed with corals at hand short distance from beach. Free snorkel and kayaking can be addictive if staying for long. Beautiful restaurant just at sea shore for perfect romantic dinner. Variety in food, however, package lunch makes it rigid choice for occupants. Troubles faced like short circuit and minor issues handled professionally by staff. Excellent hospitality adds to the beauty of the place.

Could not have been better looked after by such friendly people. Although menu choice was limited by the size of the hotel, all of the food was excellent, and there was still an opportunity for individual variations.

Good location ”

The reception staff was really nice when I checked in they did a free upgrade to ocean view room. I really appreciated that. The kitchen staff was also nice and cooked per my tastes. I feel the cocktails can be better. Overall, good price, great location, clean.

Location is very nice (on the beach!) but a bit far from from everywhere. No problem if by car. Restaurant is very expensive and quality of food very poor. We paid 3200 RS for dinner for 2 with 2 coctails. Crazy price. You can eat much better somewhere else for half the price. Big disappointment.

The staff has d biggest smile for a warm welcome, theyre very friendly and approachable Also, They are ready to assist you in evrything that u need. The resort has a very nice view, they just need to renovate the bathroom coz its kinda old but its still fine.. overall is all good.. thanks also for giving me free room upgrade, 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻🤗

Fantastic place”

The staff here were amazing. Friendly and super helpful. One of our group had a very bad back for a couple of days and staff offered to bring food to her room without even being asked. A wonderful friendly and relaxing place

Good beach, poor service”

We saw tropical fish just 20m away from shore, and we loved it. But the service was poor. Our window couldn't close, and we went to counter and asked for help... the girl in reception said she will tell someone to attand to it, but never... we happened to meet another guy who helped us. And the blanket was too thin. We asked for one more... never came. My husband had to go to the reception again. There's no phone in the room.

Location is good for quiet holiday and snorkeling. View is nice. But hotel needs total renovation.. Rooms are large but furniture is old and in the bathroom are dirty corners. Price for dinner is expensive and you have to order it morning. Breakfast is poor. Staff is good and helpfull but somethimes slow. For this price I expeted better hotel.

Good location but needs upgrade”

We stayed only for one night and didn't use the restaurant (so can't comment on the food or service). The hotel was clean and is in a very good location. I was however very disappointed in the bedding. Only a sheet and a blanket in the cupboard. And the blanket was so dirty we didn't want to use it. Seeing the dirty blanket made us uncomfortable about the cleanliness of the rest of the bedding. I would expect at least a duvet. The bathroom needs an upgrade. Our hairdryer didn't work.

A beautiful and relaxing place. It is recommended that the place make an internal renovation in the rooms for a more pleasant feeling and improvement of the comfort. Excellent staff and excellent service.

VERY ATTENTIVE STAFF”

A relatively small resort with excellent location right on the beach. Staff are exceptional and always willing to assist. A little pricey (especially meals) but is very quiet and relaxing. A very nice place to stay especially for adults wanting to get away from it all .

Why nothing changed?”

If you read the reviews the last years, it’s all the same and still the same: Friendly stuff, great location at this beach, but… why the rooms are still not cleaner, the interior still worn out and still unrepaired? It cloud be so easy and doesn‘t cost much to make it better. What a pity!
