dirty rooms with no windows!!”
it was a nightmare! we chose that hotel because it was near to the hospital that we wanted to visit family. neither was a word that the rooms wouldn have windows!!! when i complained about that, staff would say, thats the way it is here. online bookings dun get windows. of course walk-ins would get, because everybody would walk right out if they see these rooms. change into room with window not possible. since we arrived late night after 30 hours flight with a 4-year-old girl, searching a new hotel was no option. so we accepted our setence to a night in dark cell. first room the linen on bed wasnt even changed from last guest! it was made, but stains & hair everywhere. shower had only cold water, an complaint staff told us to wait 30 min (late at night after 30 hours flight with a 4-years-old), because they already switched off the water boiler!! from front the hotel makes a good impression, inside is pure horror. i never gave a bad review like this, but this experience was pure horror. our girl couldn get into sleep becuse she was afraid of the total darkness, which she is not used to. however sleeping with lamps on is also no option, sleeplight was not available. all woke up with headaches, the little one didn even want to wake up because no daylight. we feel totally betrayed. on their website it cynically says: "our rooms dun have everything you want, but everything you need". now i understand the first part. but it is so cynical and respectless to decide what the customer needs. but then again, they are right: for pure survival, you dun need windows. cavemen 10 million years ago also didn have windows. still mankind has survived. but why did they give bed and pillow? also not necessary for survival. if you have any sense of respect for your guests, you will not hide the fact that you throw them into a dark hole. who ever wants a hotelroom without window, may choose it. but i consider it fraught to deliberately hide that fact.

Clean, comfort, near attractions
its good and clean hotel with easy access to city attractions. The staff are friendly. Hard to find the location at first. However it is hard to find good food around the hotel.Keep up the good work.
