Exceptional”

Only complaint was that couldn't figure out how to use the tv remote probably because I am electronically challenged. Other than that I give the place high marks as a budget hotel. This is not the first time I have stayed there and by virtue of the fact I'm a repeat customer, they must be doing something right.

The hotel is located pretty close to World Trade Center within 10-minute walking distance. But you'll see some homeless people around the neighberhood. It gets pretty scary at night.

terrible! the worst experience I have had”

I arrived the hotel at 3:30pm, but the front door was locked. I tried to call the number on the door again and again, but no one answered because no one in the reception at all. I left a message on the phone, but no reply, either. Since I was going to have an important meeting with my clients on that night and really needed a shower and a place to put my luggage. Without any choice, I went to other hotel. I asked for refund and needed a reasonable compensation on my loss.r

You get what you pay”

Price was good with kitchen for cooking. However, we get what we pay. I faced two roaches, probably due to kitchen. It was a bit outside of central down, took 15 min walking. Staffs were good.

Awesome unique hotel”

A little quirky hotel with amazing location and room amenities. Free parking and fully equipped large kitchen with eclectic decoration make this my new favorite in downtown Houston. 3 blocks from convention center made this an easy place to walk from. Looks run down from the outside but guest rooms are in great shape and service was awesome.

This place was very good for the money spent. We got almost everywhere in an Uber for around $7.00. The hotel was clean, and the staff were very kind and helpful.

どうしても泊まりたいなら、以下のことにご注意ください。 １，マネージャーがお金に汚くて、後から理由をつけて不当なお金を請求されます。 ２，自分宛に荷物を送っても受け取ってくれません。FedExで送ったら、マネージャーが受け取りを拒否したようで、しかも配送センターに取りに行くのに100ドル請求されました。 ３，部屋は汚くて、床がべとべとしています。 ４，朝食はついていると書いていても、何もありません。聞くと拒否されます。 ５，マネージャーやスタッフの態度は悪いです。特に女性マネージャーの態度が悪い。 ６，宿泊最終日には何もしてくれなくなります。 ７，服の洗濯は1回12～20ドル取られます。その時のマネージャーの気分で値段が変わります。

Kami sudah melakukan pembayaran pada saat pesan di Indonesia, dan pada saat sampai di hotel pukul 7:00 am kami sudah memastikan akan cek in terlambat nanti malam dan koper sudah kami titipkan. Kejadian aneh terjadi saat kami datang kembali ke pada pukul 10 pm kami TIDAK dapat menginap karena kamar sudah penuh, padahal kami sudah bayar mengapa kamar diberikan ke orang lain??? Kami minta pertangggungjawaban pihak manager mengantarkan ke hotel lain yg selisih harga nya usd 60, dimana rate kamar hanya usd 85 per malam
