Has a great view but very hard to get to have to use taxi every time doting $32 au return trip ”
Have to pay electricity on top of your nightly amount which for us for 8 nights was $150 au and 2 of those nights we were not even there using power I think the whole electricity thing is a scam. Would not stay there again. Villas needing some much needed maintenance to be done on the place. Roof also leaked in bedroom onto tiled floor making them very dangerous when wet. There also some sort of rodent baits in kitchen cupboards which really stink so wash everything before using.

Atika villas was terrible, in short; the villa was incredible hard to get to and from, the inside was very dangerous as the stairs are death traps, the villa is filthy with soap scum in every bathroom and stains are everywhere, the cleaning staff never changed our sheets so we slept in the same bed clothes for 9 straight nights, the sink downstairs was leaking so bad it would fill the floor with water, the closest shop is up a hill that is almost vertical, the house is poorly equipped

Ha decisamente superato le nostre aspettative. Nulla da dire sulla villa, da sogno. Justin disponibilissimo, ci ha accolto con molto calore e ci ha dato molte informazioni preziose. Piscina con vista stupenda. Inoltre dotata di tutti i comfort, come pulizia giornaliera della casa. Un ringraziamento particolare a Kron, il taxista consigliatoci dal proprietario, che abita proprio nel complesso. Dal momento in cui ci é venuto a prendere in aeroporto, é stato sempre disponibile e gentilissimo. Veramente un persona che ti rimane nel cuore. Nient'altro da aggiungere, solamente da provare. Torneremo sicuramente.

別墅很好, 可惜位置偏僻之餘還要行一條奪命斜坡, 如果會帶行李箱的話簡直痛苦”
優點是負責人人很好, 有問必答。別墅裝潢很有心思, 每日會有專人清潔, 所以很乾淨。 缺點是位置偏僻, 出入都需要經一條很斜的斜坡, 很多車都不願意接送到門口, 因為實在太斜了！行路都會覺得辛苦, 拖着行李箱更是危險。

빠통비치와 많이 멀지 않지만 언덕이 심해서 걸어 다니기에 힘든코스이다 툭툭이는 숙소 앞까지 갈 수 없고 택시는 가능한데 택시비가 비싸기에 오토바이 렌탈하는 것이 가장 저렴하고 편히 이용할 수 있는거 같다 전기세는 1박당 기본 용량이 있고 기본용량 이상은 별도로 내야하고 보장금으로 2만바트를 현금으로 요구해서 당황스러웠다 많이 돌아다니지 않고 숙소내에서 휴양목적이면 이용하기 좋을 듯하다

不推荐，照片看起来离海近，但其实开车要开很久。到酒店门口的斜坡，你会吃惊的，超过45度。非常不方便。

This is private villa. Terrible experience 强烈不推荐。”
1. 酒店位置：酒店在私人住宅区，先要上山，然后再下个很陡的坡（近60度），车都不愿意下去，需要自己提行李走上走下。酒店的标牌也很不明显。没有前台。出行很不方便，走了很长的路，根本拦不到车。 2. 酒店设施及住宿：定的是3室别墅，有个房间竟然在车库里！床太软，睡的不舒服，空调声音特响，没有洗漱用品，牙膏牙刷什么的。窗帘隔光性不好，太亮了。 3. 其他： 1) 让交押金，押金竟然比房费还贵，而且只能现金。2）电费需自己付，特贵，我们下午五点左右入住，隔天早上四点走，交了130块电费，而且我们还很省的，出去的时候全部关掉的。3）酒店没有门卫什么的，个人觉得安全系数不是很高 如预定，请慎重！
