Decent resort at decent price, good location”
I had fun for over a week here. Pros: 1. Good well-maintained swimming pool 2. well connected by road to all major places to visit in North Goa. 3. food is decent at decent prices. 4. Located in central location well connected by road. 5. Supportive staff including manager Imran, restaurant by Dhiren and the boys were good. 6. Regular change of room things like towels, bedsheets, etc. immediately on request. Cons: 1. A bit far from Calangute beach, though well connected by road and local buses to all major places to visit in North Goa. 2. Restaurant food variety can increase. They have very limited menu 3. Needs some renovation in some areas which their management said they were planning for it.

1. Nice swimming pool. The only pool I experienced with 9 ft depth. Awesome for a diver like me. 2. Decent food at decent rates. 3. Good staff and decent rooms. Even the non-AC rooms are spacious 4. Decent location. Easy access and on the Calangute main road. Surprisingly quiet for the neighborhood it is in. Only con: Parking is a bit on the main road. Could have had a private parking for the resort considering the bike or car safety.

I had booked this resort at very affordable price for 3 nights through Agoda. It is located very near to Baga and Calingute beach as well as Candolim beach on other side. Nice staff and good food & swimming pool is also there to enjoy your holidays.

We three bachelors visited and stayed over there. The room was clean and neat. The facilities was also good. The staffs were responded nice. Free to move in and out of the Resort. For the money We have spent, that is worthable. Note:- You have to ask for cleaning purposes or facilities if You need. Unless the staffs will not disturb you.

I was a female solo traveller. Booking was confirmed but from 12 pm. And I reached early morning. But the staff accommodated me. The room is clean with hot water and quite economical. Close distance to beach and location on main road is an advantage.

Resort Infrastructure”
The resort is not maintained at all. There are cracks in the building and in the room walls. Pool itself is in a very bad condition. The staff doesn't behave properly. I had to remind them again and again for any requirement. The water taps inside the bathroom are damaged. The place is not hygienic at all. I gave them my ID card and they said they will return in the room. Even after asking them multiple times they didn't handover the card. After half an hour, I myself then went to the reception and the staff was sitting idle, they scanned the ID card in-front of me. Will not recommend at all.
