The hotel room was larger than expected and very clean, which was great. The city view from the room was stunning, and thanks to that, I had a wonderful trip. If I come to Atlanta again, I would probably stay at this hotel. I didn't even have to request housekeeping, as they provided plenty of towels every day and all the staff were very friendly. The convenience store in the hotel had a variety of items, and the desserts were really delicious. However, there was no water available, so I had to buy it from the vending machine. The restaurant in the hotel was too crowded, making it difficult to have dinner, and I had to wait an hour and a half just to get a hamburger to go. Other than that, the location is very good.
The hotel didn't give me a "vacation" feeling. When I entered my room on the 36th floor, I thought someone laid on top of my bed because of the imprint and there was a strand of black hair on the sheet. The carpet had stains and looked very old. It definitely needs to be changed. The bed was low. No complimentary slippers, toothbrush with toithpaste (at least). No robe. No complimentary water in the room (you had to ask from the front desk). Nobody would pick up calls if you neeeed to speak to either the manager or frontdesk. They made up for their Thanksgiving dinner which was delicious and good value for $36 buffet.
There are many conferences held at the large hotel. It is located in downtown, making it convenient to visit tourist attractions. The facilities are old, but the service is good. I believed the price was appropriate.
We loved the location. Took a bit to find our way around the hotel. Staff was great. We will be back if the price is right!

We stayed here mostly because it was close to the Korean consulate. However, it turned out to be a very pretty space, nice facilities, and clean. At the time it was overrun with high school dance camps, so be aware that seasonally it may have a very different atmosphere. This also meant the gym was far too crowded to use, at least in the morning and evening. However, that is no fault of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.
