Superb Resort”
Amazing Resort, located in the heart of Sabang, just on the beach front. Personnel is extremely nice and helpfull and the overall resort service quality is very good. The restaurant is also one of the best in town, we actually had our most of our meals including Christmas eve dinner there and really anjoyed it. Just be aware that Sabang is not the best choice for family hoilidys with young children as the main and pretty much only activity there is scuba diving, the beach is croweded with diving boats and therefore not good for relaxing & swimming. If you are looking for incredible dives this is the place to be, the reefs are mesmerizing, the diversity of corals and fishes is just unbelievable and the diving team at Atlantis is one of the most professional and nice I ever met. But if you are here to enjoy other beach activities, you should prefer staying on White Beach, a few km away from Sabang.

It’s the only dive resort in Sabang that you have to stay at. Everything was just perfect, all the stuff are amazing. We stayed here for a diving vacation and it was really outstanding. As great as it was 17 years ago”
I stayed at the Atlantis Hotel 17 years ago and it was by far the best property and still remains that. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well maintained with very attentive staff. The whole property is excellent and blends itself into the surrounding hillside. The restaurant serves a wide range of food freshly prepared and not expensive. The 50bar bar is equipped with a great view of the bay and has a wide selection of whiskey's, beer and rum. Now to the diving, I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that a number of staff I met as boatmen in 2000 are now dive masters. The knowledge that this brings in terms of dive sites must be one of the most comprehensive on sheer longevity alone. The dives including night dives really show off the massive reef areas and the great array of fish in crystal clear waters. The staff take care of all the equipment and make sure it is set up so you just have to get the gear on and enjoy. A fantastic place, hotel and staff. What more to say?

All has been perfect the room, the restaurant, the staff and the dives. Damian who is the manager takes care of his customers. His staff is perfect too professional, efficient and kind. It's a five stars diving center, staff and spots. I recommend strongly Atlantis which is the best resort in Sabang.

Overall very good. As stated, hardworking dedicated staff very helpfull but seriously underpaid for the money Atlantis charges its guests to pay desk workers and cleaning staff 278 pesos per day! Mimimum wage in Puerto Galera/Mindoro Oriental. I've stayed at Atlantis several times but I don't see this hotel a 5 star accomodation. I would say a 3 star US standard, maybe a 5 star Philippine standard. My room was always clean thanks to the lovely attendant Becca who I heavily tipped at departure. Why a 3 star rating?? Every time I took a shower, the bathroom flooded, and the old heavily worn bamboo curtains didn't work properly, I had to tie them up physically. Tasks I would not have to put up with at a 5 Star Hotel.

Nice hotel near ferry terminal ”
Puerto Galera is pretty small place and Atlantis Dive Resort is one of the 'high end' hotels there - all very close and congested. It's just a stone throw away to the right as you disembark from the ferry. Nice spacious rooms and built on a hill so lots of steps but if you are there for diving - as the name of the hotel - then it shouldn't be a problem. Good food at the restaurant and very friendly, helpful staff.

Easter Weekend Break”
Nice location just out of earshot of the bars. The resort is very private with a nice pool and restaurant area. The staff were great. The rooms are quiet with good soundproofing and quiet aircon. It was just a bit pricey due to the Easter hols. Infront of the resort is the Tamarind Bar with a nice breezy deck. Boats in front ready for hire and walk to the left to the Laguna beaches. To the right is the centre of Sabang with the ferry jetty, bars, restaurants.

If you are a diver this is the best place to go for your diving needs and wants. The diving staff is top notch and you and your equipment will be well taken care of. If your not a diver still lots to do great pool nice spa and fun day trips to take. You cant go wrong here!!!

Convenient Location, Staff is mix of Arrogant/Unattentive”
Stayed here for 4 nights May 2016. So there are 2 buildings to this resort, the main building where the pool is, and a separate building call the Annex. The Annex is the much cheaper room that you see on Agoda (often ~$20USD cheaper than the others). You really do get what you pay for. I got the cheaper room (same description on Agoda) which turned out to be in the Annex. It's not bad since it has a nice direct ocean view, but you share a balcony with 3 other rooms. It was very noisy until 11pm every night since the Annex is located directly above the Atlantis Dive Shop and bar, with music blasting loud into the night. It seems that most places in Sabang have a bug problem, and this place is no exception, there are lots of tiny ants, silverfish, spiders, and often roaches in and out of the room. I do understand it's hard to expect 3-5 star hotel cleanliness in a remote island like this, so I sucked it up. The room was about 15sqm (including bathroom) comparable to a typical hotel room in Japan, which is quite cramped especially for 2 people but just right for 1 person. The restaurant staff is really where my gripe is with this place. Every day at breakfast I would sit down and either be greeted with a rude "are you a guest here?" or not be greeted for 10-15 minutes or given a menu, and then be treated like I was a nuisance when I asked for a menu. The restaurant has a generally nice atmosphere with good food at reasonable prices, but that's when you're able to actually order. I tried to come here for lunch twice, but after not being greeted for 10 minutes even though the restaurant wasn't even busy, I said "f*** it" and got up to leave. The staff seriously needs some remedial training here. That being said, you don't have many choices when it comes to Sabang. If you want location and somewhat acceptable accommodations, this is it unless you're looking at hostel-type places. There are nicer places, but they are much farther.

The hotel is optimal for divers as it is a one stop shop for dive enthusiasts. Please do change the coffee in the kitchen . It is my only complaint. Otherwise loved the experience!!

We're not divers but still loved the place”
A clean, safe, place to stay that's right on the beach. Not cheap but I prefer to pay a bit more for quality. The only 2 quibbles I have was that the bed was too firm ( although I realize many people like it that way ) and there was some renovation work going on which meant that drilling started at 8 A.M. Not everyone goes for an early morning dive so why couldn't the noise have been delayed until 9 or even a bit later. And if you like classic rock from the mid 60s through to the end of the 80s make sure you go to the 50 Bar and ask Ton Ton for a request and a well crafted cocktail !

this is a "unforgettable" experience staying in Atlantis which claimed one of the best hotel at there. Front desk were not clear what they are doing. When I booked a room with dives - I booked 3 days (they claimed I just got 1 dive across 3 days booking).After arguing, it finally solved but not impressive. When my other group members join us, one of my friend would like to ask for a vacuum bottle, it is NOT PROVIDED. When my friend took cup noddle ask for filling hot water, they "REFUSED", finally he need to take 2 empty glassed to get hot water from front desk then return to his room. There is actually no blanket, only a bed sheet. Ask front desk for blanket, they said "NO", we finally need to get the towel which they provide for ocean activities! Our group is 9 people, we especially requested a triple room when making reservation. They only provide same twin room for our 3-people group but charge extra USD42 for a extra bed! Last but not least, the transportation cost from airport to hotel is absolute ridiculous, it is almost double up then rest of travel agency. we are frequent PG island travelers and they are not professional! what a "4-stars" resort!! we will never stay at there anymore!
