“Lots of room for improvement”
The property owner was late in checking us in and our family had to wait for a while waiting for her to reply our messages. Also I felt it was unprofessional that she requested a security deposit into her personal bank account privately which was not as per Agoda's terms and conditions. The unit itself was neat but she did not provide enough toilet rolls or soap for a family for the length of stay. For example, the toilet roll wasn't full upon arrival and there was only one extra roll for 4 people for 3 nights. The shower gel was filled not even up to one quarter of the bottle. When prompted, she said that it was standard for hosts not to do so. Furthermore, her shower consisted only of a host and no shower head. Very disappointing that Agoda does not conduct quality checks as I'm sure guests expect much more on holiday as a bare minimum.

“Excellent”
The Place was nice n clean. Beautiful house unit, near to Town n big swimming pool. The view is nice but the only problem is that when you go anywhere there is only one access card n key, overall its very nice. The owner are very kind n friendly.

“Clean & cozy place”
The owner, Ms Angela gave a very detailed guide which make our check in smooth. The apartment itself is clean & cosy. However the problem with staying at Atlantis is the lift. There are 4 lifts but most of the time only 2 lifts working. During check in, the waiting time can take up to 15mins. Another problem is during check out the security will station themselves at level 4 carpark (guest can only park at level 4 to 6) so that you can exchange the carpark decal with your ID and this cause a long queue of cars from level 4 onwards.

“Many rule stay in this property”
After booking, the host will send the rules to us, etc, no party, no open window, no move bed, no cook in kitchen.... And also need to collect deposit before stay.... Facilities for jacuzzi need to book before enter, host never tell us, we called the host she never pick up the call and never call back.......
