Very friendly and detailed owner with fast response always! Going beyond service by sharing places of interest/food in Malacca when one does not need to. Place is beautiful as shown in pictures and very clean too. Will surely stay again if I am there in Malacca soon. 👍

Excellent Stay for Group or Family”
This apartment with 2 bedrooms is excellent choice for a group of 4 - 6 pax. What you see in the photos in the website is what you get, no gimmick. It is located a short drive to the city centre. The apartment is clean with many facilities that one can use. Remember to ask the owner to provide extra access keycard, if it is not provided. This will allow your group to access different facilities concurrently and not restricted only accessing one facility at one time as a group. The owner is very responsive and friendly. Highly recommended. Will stay again for next visit.

Clean & cozy place”
The owner, Ms Angela gave a very detailed guide which make our check in smooth. The apartment itself is clean & cosy. However the problem with staying at Atlantis is the lift. There are 4 lifts but most of the time only 2 lifts working. During check in, the waiting time can take up to 15mins. Another problem is during check out the security will station themselves at level 4 carpark (guest can only park at level 4 to 6) so that you can exchange the carpark decal with your ID and this cause a long queue of cars from level 4 onwards.

The owner is friendly, and she will sent the famous place for us to review. My kids is very happy when get into the house, and run here and there. It takes few minutes to Jonker street. will try to come again.

The Place was nice n clean. Beautiful house unit, near to Town n big swimming pool. The view is nice but the only problem is that when you go anywhere there is only one access card n key, overall its very nice. The owner are very kind n friendly.

Very clean and good for family”
The whole unit is very clean. Comfortable bed and big room. The water pressure is strong enough and towel provided. Swimming pool is big but service not good. No towel given or can be borrow after swim. Got one guard walking around the pool and keep forcing ppl to take off the cloth even though we told him that is swimming suit. We never see before swimming pool cannot wear swimming suit, somemore we just stay at the playground area. Beside of this, overall is ok.

Wonderful Stay, Memorable Gateway! ”
Photograph wise, this agoda home is wonderfully looking amazing. As we are travelling as a family, this place is exactly what we need. Something amazed me right after placing my order, Ms. Angela, a warm, such a darling owner contacted me to know if I need anything. Even when we're on the way, she contacted us and welcomed us like a family. She was so polite and soft spoken. She made our stay worry free and comfy. I will definitely book again!

Staying Experience”
Nice place to stay. The swimming pool was good but sad that on the day that we stay the adult pool under maintenance. The only problem which I am facing is there is no tv remote control in the apartment. Best part wanted to watch tv manually but not even there is any tv cable intact to the tv so really a bit upset. Called up the owner and took so long to reply. By the time when I get a reply, most of the shops closed and there is no way for me to buy any tv cable myself to fix it. so throughout the stay... no tv at all... lucky enough my kids have their handphone to survive.

Many rule stay in this property”
After booking, the host will send the rules to us, etc, no party, no open window, no move bed, no cook in kitchen.... And also need to collect deposit before stay.... Facilities for jacuzzi need to book before enter, host never tell us, we called the host she never pick up the call and never call back.......

Lots of room for improvement”
The property owner was late in checking us in and our family had to wait for a while waiting for her to reply our messages. Also I felt it was unprofessional that she requested a security deposit into her personal bank account privately which was not as per Agoda's terms and conditions. The unit itself was neat but she did not provide enough toilet rolls or soap for a family for the length of stay. For example, the toilet roll wasn't full upon arrival and there was only one extra roll for 4 people for 3 nights. The shower gel was filled not even up to one quarter of the bottle. When prompted, she said that it was standard for hosts not to do so. Furthermore, her shower consisted only of a host and no shower head. Very disappointing that Agoda does not conduct quality checks as I'm sure guests expect much more on holiday as a bare minimum.
