I travelled with my parents which is they're old . I requested pods downstairs for them and they gave us. The pods are very nice and comfortable, although I got the pods where the light couldn't on but it's not a big deal because I know the reason they putted me there to make me closed to my parents pods. The location is very good, near Boonkeng MRT. The staffs are very nice, one staff in the night to morning shift, he helped my Dad to take off his socks and gave him more pillows. In the midnight, I took mineral water in the front table, and I forgot my phone. I thought the phone was my mom's bag. Gratefully, the staff wake me up and gave the phone to me. Another staff in the afternoon to evening shift is very nice too. I've checked out already, just want to take my luggage but he let me to take mineral water, and charge my phone. They are very nice staff. The breakfast was good too, they served bread with many jams, noodles, etc. They also provide microwafe, boil pot, and fridge. I enjoyed so much to stay 1 night there. Recommended to stay.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Most especially Ms. Cheryl, she went over and beyond to help make my 7-year-old daughter stay enjoyable. Value For Money”
I was here from 26 July - 01 August 2022. To be honest it is a value for money stay. The pods are spacious and not at all suffocated. Staff here is very cool. You get good breakfast. Location is quite good just 10mins walk have 3 MRT stations. It's on the edge of little India so you will not find the mess you know. They have a locker inside the pod and the pod opens with a key so safety wise it was good.

Thank you so much for all staffs help me all like introduce to know how to use the Pods and help to give information of way to any places because I always lost way many times..lol and so kindness to give umbrella for me for lend in rainy day too.There if anyone wish to stay i will tell easily way to get to the Pods by MRT Farrer Park Station at Serangoon:G or City Complex will no need across the street and just walk straight to light traffic you will see the hotel on ur right hand side(450m) thank you so much for nice experience there.

Was having renovations in my house. So took the chance to look for short stay. This place was gems. So quite and peaceful. Had a good night sleep. Even day time. Individual aircond adjustments, study light, blue and white light. Comfortable and very spacious. Staff are very friendly. Simple Breakfast included also. Will stay again.

Fantastic experience only thing that let it down was it’s super cold so maybe think about been able to turn the air conditioning down on a night. Also it was very dusty in the pod and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well.

You get what you paid for and the hospitality of the staff was awesome. Location was great as well because you get to experience both the local and city stores, cuisines and you're not too far from the famous tourist spots. Thank you to Aunty, Chai-Lee(Hope I got that right) and all the staff. Recommended for low budget travellers and backpackers🤙🏼
