Good hotel, room and good location near Nana BTS.
Good clean room, hot shower, big towels, u get new drinking water every day, The cleaner was always greeting, smiling and helpful. Good staff but not so much smiling. Lots of place to eat at, Subway, 7/11 and many more places. I liked it very much here.

Friendly staff and fantastic location
Hotel is close to Nana BTS and it's really convenient for transporation, friendly staff. Whereas, rooms are little old and dark.

Basic accoms...good value for money
Place a tad old but room is of good size with all necessities provided. Aircon / water heater / electric boiler / mini safe / hair dryer / tv/ wifi /free bottles water & coffee. The Suk area is full of bars/massage parlors...not for family or single lady. Nana BTS right out the main road

Rooms were decent, plain but comfortable. Nothing special about the hotel but was in a decent location. Very close to the BTS station off Nana. I'd rate this place higher but the front desk staff was indifferent,; they were constantly on their phones even when we walked in. Not even an acknowledgement nod was given when we would go in and out of hotel. It seemed only the cleaning staff cared about their jobs as my room was always clean and fridge was stocked with bottled water.

If you have to
Staff was a little rude. Located in busy section with "adults seeking fun" nearby. Room was decent. Bathroom not the cleanest. Feel their are better options.

Checked in and no reply to our hello and no hello or welcome from the two staff at the front desk. Didn't say a word and gave us our key. No smiles, nothing. Room was OK, clean but mosquitoes were coming from somewhere even though we shut all windows. When checking out, the person at the front desk was very rude and accused us of unhooking the phone in our room even though we protested and said we have no need of the phone. Never coming here again, only good thing is location.
