The building and room are well maintained, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Quiet and nice area. Best place that I’ve stayed in this area. I would definitely stay here again.

Terreble & make money - that what I want to review - My family (couble + 7y + 1y old kis), stay 1 night at this hotel. Check in at 21:00PM - We checked out at 11:00AM (next day). But, very supprised when the host said we broke the rock plate on kitchen. - As picture, you can see there are some old broken (black line), and a small broken (may be new as in while line color). - But they conclused my family did broken this table on kitchen, and said they already checked everything ok before I checked-in. - My family just stayed 1 night, did not cood or did everything on kitchen. But they rust concluded we did thus broken. Then they keep my ID card (want to penalty me, but I did not ask how much, since I am confident we did nothing. - Then I had to call to Agoda service center. Then Agoda called to discuss with this host. Then email me to give them 100k for this broken, then I can take my ID card back. - We very disapointed on this sistuation, especial our trip to HCMC. => Then, as my experience on travel around the world. I did not reccomend to book this hotel. Cheer!

Bạn đặt phòng 01 ngày ( 17-18/12/2022) ở khách sạn chúng tôi qua Agoda cho gia đình bạn. Gia đình bạn gồm hai vợ chồng và 2 con, trong đó có 1 cháu trai 7 tuổi và 1 cháu nhỏ hơn khoảng 1 tuổi. Mọi chuyện rất tốt cho đến khi bạn trả phòng vào khoảng hơn 11h ngày 18/12/2022. Khi bạn báo trả phòng, nhân viên của khách sạn kiểm tra phòng và phát hiện bàn đá bếp bị sứt một miếng nhỏ bằng hạt lạc to và bật kênh lên mặt bàn. Vết sứt hoàn toàn mới. Chúng tôi ngay lập tức gọi bạn xuống xác nhận. Khi xuống hai vợ chồng bạn không cần xem và lớn tiếng nói với chúng tôi là không làm gì ở chỗ đó, và khẳng định nhiều lần như vậy. Sau đó vợ bạn lại bảo chỉ pha sữa cho con ở chỗ đó thôi. Sau đó bạn bảo lên phường giải quyết, ch

Good laundry service ”
The hotel has paid laundry service & i used it almost everyday. It was nice to have my clothes cleaned for me & don't have to do my own washing or bring a lot of clothes for traveling. I really enjoyed my stay

We were really happy with our 9 days stay. Our return flight was in the evening & we were allowed to check out late without charge. Will come stay at the hotel again on our next trip

Khuyết điểm là phòng nhỏ và vỉa hè hẹp, đậu xe - giữ xe qua đêm là 1 vấn đề cần hỏi kỹ trước khi book. Ưu điểm là có thang máy, phòng tiện nghi đầy đủ như hình, sạch sẽ, được dọn mỗi ngày (đây là điểm cộng, nhiều nơi cẩu thả vụ dọn phòng này) nhân viên dễ mến, anh chị chủ dễ thương. Nếu bạn không có vấn đề về xe cá nhân thì đây là nơi ở tốt, an ninh, yên tĩnh nên trải nghiệm.
