Location, cleanliness, breakfast, staff. It is a very serene location, right on the shore of the lake. Also, it has free private parking.

- Destination is good and very close to a small beach which you can access for free(good for everyone besides kids under the age of 6-7) - Food was delicious (breakfast with good variety for everyone)! - Inside the hotel was quiet and fancy - On site there are games like Darts, Billiard, Table tennis. - Staff are polite and nice - Parking place always available.

- Cleanliness was not the best - Spider nets were in both of the rooms on the sealings, as well as the spiders + many bugs that were caught in. And it stayed like this till the end of our stay. One red spot on the wall in the bathroom was obviously there and looked like blood (even though might have been juice or smthg else), which was most likely from the previous guests. Our room was not cleaned during our stay, just once thy changed the towels and trash because we asked for this. Otherwise the rooms look fancy and recently renewed. Good for couples but not too much of equipment and things for families with kids(not blaming the hotel, just for info for future travelers) - The doors of the Rooms/Apartments were partly from glass and all inside rooms with similar doors, which respectively lets the light from the hotel itself inside the rooms. This was not the best for the nights. - Hotel itself has no corridors when accessing the rooms, but it's like one main area and open space with the lobby being actually outside of the apartments/rooms and you could hear everything from the lobby(people, breakfast, dinner, etc.) - Train passing by literally every 2-3 mins - It was noisy even during the nights and also not the best for smaller kids or people who like sleeping in more quiet sircumstances. - Wi-Fi was terrible. - Something not related to the hotel itself: Beaches are nothing special for smaller kids (younger than 6-7).

Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Personal, familienzimmer mit zwei Schlafbereichen kann man buchen, tolle Lage, direkt am Strand.

Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und Dusche war nicht in Ordnung. (Zum Glück das Bett und die Bettwäsche waren schön sauber). Der Auswahl beim Frühstück könnte besser sein.

Čistý i když malý pokoj. Velmi pohodlné postele. Krásné atrium se spoustou zeleně. Velice příjemný personál. Krásná terasa na střeše hotelu s lehátky a sprchou. Krásné welness se saunami i když jsme kvůli horkému počasí nevyužili. Volný vstup na pláž. Snídaně dobré

Nepříjemné bylo, že vstup na pláž se ve 20 h. večer uzavřel a nebylo možné se tam dostat a ani ráno před 8 h. Také snídaně byly až v půl deváté, což bylo na nás dost pozdě.
