Spacious Room 822 for Double Room type with Breakfast, Buffet Breakfast is just OK and they are the same for every day, if you stay for a week is a bit boring. Very clean and good pressure water for shower and cosy bath tub. Near by 7-11 and Hon Atsuki Station.

車の駐車場が遠い”

ホテルの部屋、スタッフ、アメニティー、料理　すべて　満足。 ただ１つ、ホテルの敷地の駐車場が　６台ぐらいしかなく　満車だったので、第2駐車場に　駐車した。 駐車場は遠く、ちょうど　雨だったので　駐車場からホテルまでは　傘が必要。 この駐車場からの道はアスファルトがされているが　路面が悪く、車輪付きの旅行カバンがうまく転がらなかった。注意が必要。

値段相応かそれより少し下”

ホテルの見た目はまぁまぁでしたがロビーや廊下等は綺麗でした！ 泊まる部屋によると思いますが私が宿泊した部屋は少し暗めでカップルで泊まるというより、家族で泊まる部屋という印象でした。 エアコンは温度調節が難しく極端に暑くなるか寒くなるかでした。また、掃除が甘いのかカビが目立っていて良い気持ちはしませんでした。 冬に宿泊したので部屋は暖房なしでは寒かったです。暖房を使用すると部屋がかなり乾燥しますが加湿器は常設されていなかったので、辛かったです。 浴室もかなり寒かったです。特にシャワーと蛇口の勢いがとても弱い上に換気扇は強かったので、めちゃくちゃ寒かったです。 立ってシャワーを浴びていると換気扇の風で体温が奪われるのでずっとしゃがんでいました。 トイレの便座も厳しかったです。 設定等弄っていないのに何故かいきなり冷たくなりそこから暖かくなることはありませんでした。 ホテルを出てすぐ隣にコンビニがあったのでそこは便利でした。 従業員の方の接客態度等がとても素晴らしかったのに対し部屋で辛い思いしたのがとても残念でした。 全体的に値段相応かそれより下という印象でした。

夕食も有料ですがホテル内のレストラン🍴食べられます。立地も駅から徒歩圏内。コンビニも銀行も近い。厚木に観光に来るのはそうないかもしれませんが11月に鮎祭りで見られなかった花火がある様子。予約するなら今のうち‼️

　思ったより狭かった。”

チェックインのフロントの方の対応がとても良かったのですが帰りのフロントは最悪です。感じ悪い対応でした。あと風呂にお湯を張ったときに洗面台の下のカビが見え気持ち悪かったです。
