Thank you Ricky. the way how you treat service, the way how you talk to people is just decent, and desciplined. just one annoying part was the neighbor's air conditioning outlet sound, and midnight Karaoke sound was noisy.

Staff was nice but overall was disappointing”
We wanted to be close to the airport which this was. Breakfast wasn’t edible for us, although some people seemed to enjoy it. The bed was clean but the hotel was dirty, towels had holes in them and their was complimentary condom and lube on the nightstand which to me means something about the type of people staying there. The staff were very nice and very helpful. Just not the place for a young family.

This hotel is like a luxury boutique style with King sized bed with a PC in the room. It is moderately spacious and the toiletries are provided in full. The only downsides are probably the less variety in the chinese breakfast (i find it ok ), the location in the alley not very far from the main road, the drinking water is limited but you can top up in the ground lobby. Overall an excellent stay. Btw, you can take ubus 706 at outside the taoyuan train station n dept store to taoyuan international airport in just 30mins, although the hotel recommends guest to take the 5059 public bus which takes one hour which i find it appalling.

The room is quite small but everything is nice. The internet is great. The facilities and room are new. This hotel is located in the heart of Taoyuan downtown. You can go to Taipei by bus or by train. It just takes you 5 minutes to go to the Taoyuan train station, then you can travel to anywhere in Taiwan. There is bus to the airport which only costs you less than 100 NT per person. There are many shopping malls and stores around the hotel.

Nice and clean hotel. Staff are friendly. Near the airport, approximately 30 mins bus ride (we rode UBUS 706). Walking distance from taoyuan train station and UBUS stop over. There are shopping centers and lots of food choices in the area.

Location is close to TRA taoyuan station (400m away), so it is convenient if you are taking trains between city. To go to Taoyuan airport, it is around 20mins by cab.

Good customer service. The breakfast for pork miced rice in the hotel was super delicious cant find any stall in taipei or hualien that can compare. The bed was really big and comfortable just like the one show in the Agoda picture. Walking distance to Taoyuan train station. Great location.

The location of this hotel between the railway station and the sea was perfect for us. Our room had a balcony from which we could view the interesting street below which was interesting and busy but quiet for sleeping. Ferry happy with all facilities but would have appreciated a fridge in our room

Good value for the money & close-ish to airport”
We didnt want to spend 1200 getting from central Taipei station to the airport nor did we want to get up at 4am to catch our 8am flight back to HK, so we decided to book in the Taoyuan area. THis hotel was a great option & the airport transfer was only 600 TWN instead of 1200. Took us 15 minutes to get to the airpot :) Room smelled a little smokey, but we are budget travellers, so we enjoyed the fancier room & extra space. Location is pretty good too with lots of food options around.

We enjoyed our two nights stay at this business hotel. Wifi signal is good and the bed is very big and comfortable. Breakfast is just very standard type which do not provide much variety.

The hotel is clean and spacious. they gave us macdonald food voucher for breakfast. the only negative part was the hotel room aircon was not cooling enough. can be rather hot and stuffy.
