Why Augusta ?”

This time Augusta has a bad rating, There is no towel, no soap, no mat and no tissue in the bath room /toilets . we asking many times but all staff seems busy . breakfast menu had no varied , drink water empty on dispenser, what's wrong ? Augusta usually have a good services before pandemic.

Not so good anymore ”

Augusta hotel is always my choice every time I visited my home town. I am not very happy to write this review, but i hope Augusta hotel will read this and make the good change. Despite swimming pool and garden still look amazing, This time i am so disappointed with many things. Blanket was dirty with some God Knows what liquid marks. Toilet rug so filthy dirty, I can’t even described how can be a hotel even for Augusta standard use this kind of rug, trash bins! No linings and super dirty! I was changing room from VIP to Standard due to internet reception, they change the towels size according to room size, standard room came with small towel which i found it unfair, towels should be the same size in every room. I insisted to have normal bath towel size from VIP room. Breakfast was good. Customer service was good. Swimming pool was clean! I love their garden and swimming pool!

I was well received and the suite room was great! Wi Fi, cable TV and nice pool area: all I could have asked for!

Good location but poor facility”

The hotel location is near to the beach, big parking space, but staff service was poor,there is no payment system using card so we have to bring physical money in the pocket. They didn't provide bath room facilities such as towel,soap shampoo except we ask them.

Generally, it was a friendly hotel, but the basics like towels and extra beds were very disappointing.

Hotel services was very bad, reserved and paid for VIP room by the Agoda apps... and...”

(booking confirmation for VIP)..they gives us for Deluxe room (204)..and no chance for complaining the front staff (they said due to the system error..) how come?

Staff said a rates is not updated on Agoda, when arrived we can’t do using agoda booking, so we book again as walk-in check in

全体的に掃除が行き届いていてプールが非常に良い雰囲気。近隣ホテル10か所程滞在をしましたが、コストパフォーマンスではベスト３に入っています。

駐車場も広く20mプールもあり小さな子供がいる家族での滞在にはお薦めです。 同一クラス料金のホテルのなかでは地域№１だと思います。

Saya mendapatkan kamar yang berbau lembab (campuran bau gudang dan rokok), dimalam hari banyak nyamuk juga, furniture agak berdebu. Menu makanan yang standar nasi, bihun, telur, sambel. Sesuai harga sih, tp tolong kebersihan kamar dijaga. So far krn dtg dihari tdk rame org, kolam renang nya bersih. Anak happy… menu restoran nya enak dan bs pesan di pool nya jg
