Very good hotel. Good reception. They allowed me early check in without any extra cost. Nice, spacious,cleanest rooms with good WiFi, aircondition, TV,bed,linen,Friz. As I had to catch my bus to Bangkok early in the morning, i did not taste breakfast. I love to stay again.

If you are in Phitsanulok for a layover and need to be near the bus station, this is a good deal. The hotel is located just a few minutes' walk to the bus station and a number of excellent restaurants and street food stalls. The staff are sincere and helpful. However, if you want to be in the city centre, this is actually some distance away from town. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Once I was able to find this place I loved the location. The hotel and my room were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was passable but could have at least been warm. All the signage on the building says Ava with just a small signpost on the street that said Royal Place. Initially getting there was problematic. The immediate area has many treasures. The best street food up and down the block and a Big C shopping complex close by. Easy to get to the best Wats and shrines and do not miss the "City Park" at the north end.

We had a great stay, no complaints! Lots of food options nearby and it's an easy walk to bus terminal 1 (there are busses for Sukhothai there) and to the Folk Museum etc in town. Note that there are two bus terminals in Phitsanulok and you won't necessarily arrive at the one near the hotel.

Really recommend this hotel if you want to travel onwards to for example Sukothai, its walking distance to the bus terminal. Also a few bars and restaurants around to kill some time in Phitsanulok.

Very surprised”
for the price this place is excellent value for money. Very clean, rooms very spacious and the hotel style itself was very nice and well decorated throughout. We were pleasantly surprised. It's about 2 km from the train station and a 5 minute walk from the bus station. The staff were very friendly and had no problems letting us leave our bags the day we checked out so we could explore. We didn't wake up in time for breakfast so cannot judge, but there is a great cafe right outside the front of the hotel with very reasonable prices (so ignore the reviews of people saying there is nowhere else you can find breakfast). The only thing that let the hotel down was the wifi reception in our room, it just wouldn't connect at all. Overall highly recommended though.

Good basic place for a stopover”
This was my second stay here, again for a stopover. A short walk from the bus station. Quick check-in and check-out. Clean room. Also found a night market with many food stalls about 1 km west, in front of the hospital. I'd stay here again any time I'm stopping over in Phitsanulok.

A very homely place which is in an excellent location for getting around the city. The star rating does not give the hotel justice, as I have stayed in three star hotels which have not been as nice. The rooms are of a generous size with a large shower room. The staff are pleasant and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again, hopefully in a couple of months.
