Fantastic 4-star hotel. Luxurious entrance, great location right next to subway and the BIFC mall, large parking space (which is not common in Korea), easy access to the convenience store, very clean, etc. We found out the blinds for the washroom was broken when we checked in, but they were super quick to fix it. Will come again whenever I need to visit Busan.

Convenient Location, Nice room and view”
The hotel was new, very convenient location, right around the corner from a subway station. Not a lot of sightseeing in the area, but a lot of offices, so maybe good for business trips. The room is spacious. Our room couldn't really see the ocean, but then the view of the city was nice too. The bathroom was large, but without a bathtub, just a shower. The room is very clean. There is a convenient store right downstairs, which was nice.

Not a cheap stay but worth the experience. Amazing location, great city view, was a classic Busan central experience. The Bar has a great view as well.

Clean, well equipped with helpful staff”
The hotel is new. Rooms are compact but has great TV, a fridge, enough space for cases and a nice bathroom. The hotel staff are excellent and helpful at all times. The location is an up and coming area connected to two new malls which have some facilities but it is not fully developed yet. Drive to the Haeundae beach area is about 25 mins. Overall it is a great hotel which will be benefit as the area around it develops.

Good for the price you paid. Staffs were attentive, but sometimes it took a while for services. Whoever picked up the guest line struggled with English, charge 10000won for 1 hour late check out which I learned new.

Not the cleanest. Pieces of hair were found at check-in as well as after the make-up service on our second day of stay (on the bed, after request of change of sheets). Bathtub had some visible filth on the first day (it’s not our filth) so we re-cleaned with soap and towel before use. Water stains in shower booth and on faucet. Low quality amenities (shampoo/ toothpaste, coffee). Slippers were the reusable kind— who would want to wear reusable slippers in fear of getting foot fungus? Cannot control the air or heat. It was an unusually warm November day outside temp 20 degrees C), but the heat was turned on so high and not responsive to adjustments. Our room temp went up to 28 degrees C by morning, was super dry, but the hotel’s response was to “check the availability of portable fans” as most guest had the same complaint and they could be out of fans. AC is unavailable during “winter seasons.” We were sweaty during the entire stay and opening the windows did not help as the temp outside was just as warm, and also couldn’t keep the windows open at night as the sound of traffic outside was deafening (ok this is an exaggeration, but still, SUPER loud). The craziest part: Loss of clothing item after room make-up. Had a white shirt on the bed but was lost after cleaning service. Must’ve been taken out for washing with sheets. After a few hours of filing a complaint, was told that it has been found and was brought to room by hotel clerk. Was very grateful that they went through the trouble of digging through their laundry for me… but wait…What they brought me was not my shirt, but someone else’s very large and very dirty shirt. This only means another person also lost their clothes? Heaved a huge sigh. Moved the sofa to use at the desk (there was only one chair and there was two of us) and found so much trash, dust, and crumbs underneath. Another evidence of hasty/ poor cleaning. Not an ideal location”
The location is not very ideal, not much choice for nearby restaurants, and a bit far from the Main Street. Bed was uncomfortable, my partner injured his back after sleeping there for 2 nights.

Mountain view twin bed room”
About 6-7 mins walk from Busan Financial station. If u take the lift, “Turn Right” and walk all the way till u see a bus stop and the hotel is right there. Hotel rooms are spacious and clean with nice mountain view. There is also a relatively large convenient store downstairs for any snacks or cup noodles pick up.
