A simple but great place to stay”

The room is upstairs, next door to the owner's small bar/restaurant. I enjoyed a quiet & peaceful night's sleep. The owner will offer you the friendliest stay you could imagine, and he serves up great bar food. Arguably the best in town. I'll certainly stay here again next time I pass through Minami-izu.

This property accepts only one group per night at the moment, so you are the only guest(s). The laid-back owner lives in the property and runs bar at night at part of the 1st floor. He's such a surfer and runs a side business, he's not always there and sorry for the inconvenience. Feel free to use kitchen, utensils, fridge, microwave, toilet, etc. and instant coffee/tea and condiments are free of charge. Small Bath (shower and bathtub) is located in kind of backyard. We travelled by car, so visited the owner's recommended Yakiniku restaurant and unique Polynesian hot spring bath. If no car, 3 min walk to supermarket. Your private room is on the 2nd floor, spacious Tatami room with air-conditioner, fan, small table, and Futon. If you have toddler(s), be careful, there's steep stairs! No TV, away from noise. If you have allergy to cats, find other place. Nico-chan, a cute cat would welcome you. Lastly, tel No. is shown wrongly on the site, it's mobile phone, don't forget to add 080
