Very convenient and comfortable! Rooms were clean. Breakfast is yummy (although the breakfast area is very small). But breakfast area location is perfect. You can view the whole Area and sea view. The hotel manager was very nice and polite. Me and my wife travelled for first time there from New York. We had very good time there. We had good conversation with him about different topic and he gave us helpful tips. Will Definitely visit and try to stay in the same hotel if possible. Overall a good experience at the hotel and value for the price. They also upgraded our room to Sultan room for two nights free of charge.

Our room was big, with a good view and was spacious. Refrigerator wasnt in the room, but that was provided as soon as we told the front desk so. Very comfortable stay. Room service is good. This hotel is in the centre, 400 meter away from alrigga road where you can find all kinds of restaurants shops and in the late night one can walk where you will find lots of people from all over the world walking/talking enjoying tea fast food outlets. Breakfast in this hotel is not good. Though it costs DHARAM 25 Many guests were complaining about.

The room was clean and the hotel was near to metro station.There were supermarkets nearby and different restaurants. The only drawback was the reception staffs were not that welcoming and friendly a smile and a walm greetings makes a big difference and creates a good impression on the guests . Please try to improve that specially the night shift staff.Other than that the entire stay was really nice .
