The room is spacious but still needs to improve the cleanliness especially for the bathroom. The flushing water smells bad so the bathroom's also stinky. Also there's no exhaust fan so the smell's trapped inside the bathroom. But i like the room design and the location. Hope they can improve

Comfortable with affordable price”
Already include breafkast for a cheap price, the room is pretty small, but comfortable. Asked for double bed but given twin bed. Stay for 3 days, no staff offer for room service. Hot water and Air conditioner works fine, the breakfast is OK, only has rice, vegetables, chicken, and bread with jam, drink only coffee and tea. The location is very strategic, easy to find food.

Plus : + the home stay's location is in the center of the city. + near a mini-mart and a lot of food vendors. + the home stay has a korean food restaurant. + home stay staff is friendly. + the room interior is chic and modern. + Every room has a balcony and can see a fish pond beneath it. Minus : - The room door is still using the manual lock. - TV only has a little cable channel. - We booked a room with double bed but we got a twin bed. - The corner of the wall needs repair because it's a bit dirty. - The room is too close to the restaurant so it's too noisy from day to night. - The balcony turns to tables at the restaurant. So we can only use the balconies in private at dawn till the restaurant opens, or we will be seen by restaurant visitors. - We got two bottles of mineral water that was put on the sink table in the bathroom. I prefer it when the mineral water is placed on the room table. - Dirty toilet. - Dirty and unkempt towel. - The shower drain is very slow. So water gets on the floor long after the bath. - We didn't get toothbrush and toothpaste.

Pros : Located in the center of Malang city. Offers Korean ambience. Nice staffs. Value for money. Smooth check in and check out. Cons: breakfast was meh. Only rice with 'Bali Ayam' plus bread and jam. But if considering the cheap price that we paid, the breakfast was acceptable. If you don't like your breakfast, it's easy to find food near the hotel. I recommend this homestay if you plan to stay for a couple of days.

Excellent Deco and Value for Money”
Me and family travelled to Malang from 23-26 Dec 2017. We really adore the hotel decoration with korean concept. I booked 3 rooms. All room are single bed and very comfortable. Location very good with lots of local food around and you can buy at cheap price. We even tried the korean BBQ and steamboat served by the hotel. It was very delicious and cheap. We love this hotel and will definitely recommend our friends to come here.

Good location stay at Malang City”
I and my friend were staying at Aventree for 3 nights on November. We've informed that we'd check-in very late at night. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. Aventree has very modern minimalist ambience. it has cafe. i didn't try to eat at their cafe since i was away most time. they provide free wifi and cable so it was good. overall staying in Aventree quite nice. since it was located in city center you won't have much hassles in town! one advise that I would like to give is they should repair the cctv. we had "unique" experience when we stayed here. my friend's shorts that she's been using for sleeping, was missing from our closet in our room! We don't make fuss about it since it was just a piece of cloth and nothing valuable were missing. when we were asked whether the cctv in front of our room working, they said it's not working and been broken for a while. it got us curious who took the shorts and why took it. we dont want to make fuss and we laughed it - but it's just that weird that one shorts missing from our closet and couldnt be found until now.😁 overall our stay was good in Aventree.

Semua OK, hanya kamar mandi utk pembuangan air agak lama sehingga tergenang, sarapan utk isi roti klu bisa ditambah jadi 2 macam, klu malam byk kuliner, dr jam 9 pagi sudah ada baso nawak enak banget dan murah, sekitar situ ada bakery, jualan kripik2 oleh2, salon, rmh mkn pdg, nasi campur dll, dan yg paling utama adalah deket dgn univ.brawijaya dan tempat2 utk kos di daerah semanggi timur. Klu sy ke malang lagi dan kebetulan ada promo maka sy akan dtg lagi dan nginep. Terima kasih aventees

Definitely Malang Centre”
Location is great, definitely in the center of Malang city, lots of streetfood sellers with massive traffic. Room was quite spacious for the amount of price we paid and clean. Staff were great as well. The only cons was the breakfast, so minimal in option. Haven't tried the korean restaurant but it was fully packed in weekend.

Pro : Location is near a lot of restaurants, easy to find food and mini mart (indomart, alfamart). The room is spacious, the bathroom is clean and they change the towel and bed sheet everyday, which is good. The staff is friendly, they even provide laundry with cheap price but good quality. They serve a fine breakfast ( nasi goreng, ayam kecap, and bread) It only takes around 30 minutes to Batu. Cons : The wifi is not work properly The lack of sound proof.. you can hear the conversation from the restaurant below the homestay. But I personally don't mind.. I still had a good night sleep.

Would love to come back”
We were checking in early (chargeable) and were greeted by Revaldy. All is good, since I love Korea this homestay really suited my style. Easy to go anywhere. Attached to their restaurant. Many street food along the road. Downside: The shower knob broke down even when we first came in. But since we loved it so much we could tolerate it. Shout out to Revaldy who were being genuine to us. From check in, explaining around surrounding, honest (we were charged for early check in and they didnt have any change. They didnt gave any receipt either. So I was actually okay with no change. But then the evening Revaldy came to us to gave us the change). Would love to come back!

this homestay is located in one building with cafe and resto, so it's quite noisy because of music being played constantly. the location is good. at 11 pm the gate will be closed and you have to ask the staff to open the gate. the room size is acceptable, and the hot water working fine.
