            We arrived early at 10am when checking in should be done in 2pm, the hotel organized 2 rooms for us right in the morning without any fees. Food is ok. The hotel is near the beach and the sea food market, so it is convenient for us to travel both and go around. Everyone is also nice and helpful. Wish you guy more lucky and maintain your strength.

            삼손비치 방문시 아고다에서 예약하지말것”

            베트남 현지인과 같이 갈수 있다면 현지 로컬 호텔 부킹하세요. 아고다에는 엄청 고가의 호텔만 부킹 할 수 있으며, 낙후된 시설을 고가의 가격으로 이용 할 수 있음. 절대 아고다에서 예약 하지 말 것. 삼손비치에 호텔 엄청 많음. 한국사람끼리 간다해도 현지에서 부킹해서 호텔 이용 할 것.

            卫生很差，水还很小，床单都是污点，设施也不齐全，性价比很低，不懂是不是因为外国游客的缘故，前台给安排了一间很小的房间，明明大一点的房间没有人入住，体验差，不好，差评。

            Nếu dùng Agoda thì không nên đến Avenue!”

            Ngày 1/7, tôi đặt 1 phòng Vip Deluxe Double Room - 1 giường King size, “view phố” cho 2ng qua Agoda. Đến nơi thì các bạn Avenue đã book nhầm phòng 2 giường đôi cho chúng tôi (phòng 510) và phản hồi là đã hết phòng và hứa hẹn giải quyết nhưng ko có hồi âm. Khách quan mà nói thì Khách sạn có cơ sở vật chất tốt, đẹp và khá mới. Tuy nhiên Dịch vụ của các bạn thì quá tệ. 1, Rất thiếu trách nhiệm và đổ lỗi: Các bạn luôn mồm đổ lỗi cho việc chúng tôi đặt phòng qua Agoda, “anh chị đặt phòng qua Agoda như thế” Chúng tôi chỉ đặt đc loại phòng, các bạn book sai hẳn từ phòng 1 giường đôi thành 2 giường đôi mà vẫn đổ lỗi cho chúng tôi? 2, Thiếu chuyên nghiệp Có tiếp nhận thông tin nhưng lần lữa không giải quyết vấn đề. Và đến khi trả phòng chúng tôi vẫn chưa nhận được 1 câu xin lỗi của các bạn. Túm lại có lẽ đây chỉ là 1 trường hợp hiếm hoi đến từ việc booking online. Nếu đặt phòng trực tiếp mà ko qua 1 bên thứ 3 như Agoda thì có lẽ không có chuyện đó... Tôi vẫn ở đây để nói chuyện nếu các bạn muốn
