Damaged deposit shall be paid thru gcash and will be refunded thru gcash as well. All conversation thru fb messenger. 1.No Smoking, with a FEE if the there is a slight smell of cigarette. 2. No Durian/Marang, Smelly Foods, (ant bearing fruits like lanzones/mangosteen, rambutan) 3. Please respect the property and furnishings. 4. Please refrain from destructive and noisy activities within the building premises and inside the unit. Do not leave anything outside the hallways. 5. Follow the building facilities rules and schedules. 6. We advocate power and water conservation, please turn off Aircon and electronics and water when not in use. 7. Cover & knot properly your trash & kindly put at floor only Inside the Garbage Chute room located at (Tower 1 front of Elevator, Tower 2 front of unit 14th) 8. NO ID, NO VACC CARD/DOC NO ENTRY 9. POOL free for 2pax, first come first serve, limited to 15pax/hour (opens 6am-9pm Tuesdays to Saturdays only) 10. Unregistered guests/visitors cannot enter the premises, must be registered guests only, pls book accordingly. 11. Respect checkin window 2pm-6pm, in excess with a small fee. 12. Parking P400/night 13. No induction. Pls use microwave, rice cooker, kettle, kitchenwares available. We offer clean, sanitized, safe and best value for your money. Most importantly, enjoy your stay!
