The best holiday”
We stayed here during Christmas and it was superb 👍 it has a complete kitchen and cooking utensils. The room is clean and smells fresh. Free wifi and Netflix. It's a home away from home 😊 The usage of the pool has a limitation but still we enjoyed it a lot. 1 hour a day is good enough for us. Thank you for the lovely experience.

Best place to stay for staycations, overnight stays, or short business stay in Davao. The place is strategically located at the heart of Davao. The room has views of the city. The room has all the necessities for short or long-term stays like a kitchenette with cooking utensils and appliances. The bathroom is equipped with a hot and cold shower. The room has air-conditioning, a good WIFI connection, and a TV. Sadly the TV is not connected to any cable but it has screen share capability. The swimming pool is available is accessible during day and night. Unfortunately, during my stay, the place wasn't properly cleaned as the rice cooker pot inside the rice cooker is not properly washed and was moldy & There are small cockroaches in the room. Aside from what experiences I have, it's a good place to stay.

The studio is very small (ca. 22 m2). It needs to have total renovation. We waited long to check in and had problem in getting room key. When we went to the bathroom, the floor was completely wet. There were ants in the studio condo. The reception of the condotel is clean and presentable. Receptionist and guard were both pleasant and attentive to my husband and I. Location was ideal to where we had appointments. Pls advise the php400.00 parking fee for overnight stay. Thank you.

Our stay at Avida Towers Condotel was only for a short while but it had made navigating around the city easier. It is nearby attractions, has a well-maintained swimming pool, and the room itself has its own wifi and netflix access. The staff were also kind and approachable which we appreciate. The view from the window is also a plus! Thank you for an exceptional stay.
