Very nice place”
I originally booked a room by the pool but the aircon didnt work so they changed room for me with no problems. Excellent bed and bathroom, and the pool was superb after a day of sightseeing. Staff were fantastic and helped me find a few things close by. If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, then Avon is perfect. About 1km away and a 12k trip into town with grab. Couldnt fault this place.

Our 3 night stay was very enjoyable. The hotel is only a few months old and is in immaculate condition. The swimming pool was very welcome after hot days touring. The included buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

All is excellent. Though they are a small hotel but the service is out of my expectation. I love them from small thing like welcome drink, breakfast, friendly staffs, expecially the little swimming pool. The bathroom smell not good that I must close it all time

Everything is Ok except some mistake in communication and solve problem. ”
Location is not far from Walking Streets. Hotel is value for small group with children because there is a small pool to enjoy. But i have to pay 2 cover sheet just because one is mark the iron but they allow to iron on the bed, and one is dirty a size of oil 3cm. The matter is they ask to pay when we check out without notice us since they clean the room at the 1st night.

A new and a "less newer" building, combined. ”
If you go for the "budget" room, you'll stay in the main building. We stayed in the main building. This building is a bit old, you can tell. It did say we would get a bathtub, but we didn't - I do not think I would go for a bathtub if we got one, though. The hardest bed I have ever slept in! But the room was fine in itself, for the price we payed - only thing was that another building was right next to ours, and therefore the window was shielded from ANY sunlight - felt a bit like a prison. If you go for the more pricy rooms, I would guess that they are in the "new building" - this looked very nice, and had easy pool access. Not that it mattered for us, since we only stayed one night. Pool was lovely, and a great view from the pool to the river! Breakfast was okay, you could order stuff, and the pancakes were delicious! Would stay here again.

The pictures are better than the place itself. The room smelled of moisture but it was clean, big and confortable. The breakfeast was OK. It's a small buffet but you may order somethings from a menu.

Chambre double deluxe avec pdj Grande chambre belle salle d'eau Frigo tv avec tv5 monde bouilloire avec 2 bouteilles d'eau bon wifi ménage fait tous les jours piscine "couloir" plus pour se rafraîchir que pour nager L'hôtel est excentré mais au calme ! 15.000vnd pour la citadelle et 20.000vnd pour la gare avec grab bike. Possibilité de louer un scoot ou vélo Pdj buffet + œufs à la carte Je suis arrivé tôt et j'ai pu faire le check on vers 10h30 sans supplément. Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Super schönes Hotel ”
Ich war 3 Nächte im Avon Hotel und kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Zimmer haben eine tolle Größe, Bad modern und sauber. Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Personal spricht sehr gut Englisch und ist immer total nett und zuvorkommend! Frühstück sehr lecker. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, aber trotzdem sehr schön.
