Good hotel with a good location to Central Pattaya”
Enjoyed my stay at Aya Boutique. Located close to some of my favorite food places and nightlife entertainment in Pattaya. The hotel's location between Soi 2 and Beach Road makes it very quiet. Far from the traffic and street noise from both roads. Very nice studio room - clean, showed little wear, large closets, comfy bed, nice balcony. Friendly and accommodating staff. Nice upside to the studio room was the wi-fi speed, good enough for email and doing a little social networking. Sorry if this is a repeat and I have left some things out. This is the second time I have typed this review. Would I stay there again? Yes! I liked the location and service. The studio room was nice. Also the value was very high for me because I was there during low season. So lots of value added in there for me. Rated 3 on food/dining because I did not eat at the hotel, so I would not be able to judge the quality of the food there. Rated 3 on features because I found the pool to be a little underwhelming, but I enjoyed the rooftop sunbathing area and gym facilities.
Aya Hotel in Pattaya”
the location of the aya boutique hotel in pattaya was perfect!! the hotel used to be called frazer but changed to aya. the hotel in located on a soi called city walk and is 1/2 a block to the ocean, 10 minute walk to walking street. the hotel room was very good also. the bathroom was a bit small but was certainly ok for the amount of time spent in there. the bed was extremely comfortable and the air con was very quiet; both made for a good nights sleep. also, could not hear a single noise from the outside thru the big window in the room. the staff at the front desk and lobby area were extremely nice and very helpful. room came with breakfast and free wireless internet which worked brilliantly. the breakfast could use with a bit more variety because if you stay there for a while like we did, you get a little bored with the same breakfast every day. not really a big deal though! i would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone and would definately stay here on our next trip.brilliant hotel and good value for the money.
Incredible value for the money ”
I stayed at the Aya Boutique Hotel for three nights and highly recommend it to anyone considering a visit to Pattaya. I had no problem checking in early and was instantly upgrade to an apartment. The apartments are gorgeous, large, and very modern. Likewise, the pool and gym were the best I've seen in SE Asia complete with dumbbells and a bench. The location can't be beat as it is just a two minute walk to the beach and an 8 minute walk to Pattaya's world famous walking street. Being between Beach road and Second also means that you can easily catch a bhat bus to get around. Given that I had already been on the road for a few weeks, I decided to do some laundry which was done in one day and came packaged to my room when finished. Great hotel and I would definitely stay here again.
I have stayed at this hotel over about 7 yrs. now. It has changed names but still a great location close to the night fun. When u leave walking street at night u just walk to your room. it sucks to have a hotel far from walking street because the taxis charge what they want to take u to your hotel so the aya is close to the action and close to beer garden, which is the best spot to eat on beach road. Big selection of food. The only downside to pattaya now is all the Indian people. They are taking over and are quite pushy for u buy stuff. Bottom line is no one accept the Thais like Indians. I go to Thai to see and be with the Thai girls. Now the Indians are destroying everything. They seem to own all the sales kiosks outside of the aya hotel. So u have to put up with looking at them everytime u leave or enter the hotel. Aya is a good hotel for the location and price. The staff is helpful and the rooms are nice.
First time in Pattaya”
It was my first time in Pattaya, the staff was extraordinary helpful. Whether is helping us book transportation or resolving traveler issues. The location was awesome, close to Walking Street, Beach Road, Royal Garden Plaza, Mike, Central. I had not had food at the Aya Boutique so I could not rate. Would consider the Aya Boutique again if I were to return!
Hidden Little Gem ”
First time I stayed at Aya and I can't say a bad word... I read other bad reviews and don't understand why..? Big clean king size bed over looking the walkway/market, nice furnishings, small writing desk, mini bar with drinks and nibbles, they even have condoms for those who forget. Big bathroom and shower (2 in the shower is always fun) nicely tiled walls and floors. Hot water on tap everytime I needed it, fluffy towels, face washers and all the toiletries you need. (Even the tooth brush & razor) Breakfast was simple, fruit, cereal, freshly cooked eggs or omelette to your likings, pastries, some stir frys and salads.... More than I could ever need.. Wifi worked a treat too. At night, yes there was a market below my window and a few bars but the noise inside the room was faint. Easliy sleep-able. Close to the beach, close to walking street, close to everything you need. 7/11, cafe's, restaurants. Most staff spoke relaive good English and we're always polite. 24 front desk with swipe card required for lifts and room acsess, I felt safe. Next visit to Pattaya, I'm staying here again and I'll be asking for the same room too. Thumbs up. 👍
Fraser is Fantastic”
I had never been to Pattaya. I wanted a nice hotel in the heart of south Pattaya that was both close to the beach and very near to Walking Street. Fraser met those criteria very well. The beach is only 75m away, and Walking Street is about 5 minutes. The hotel itself is fairly new, so everything is in really nice condition. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel does have wi-fi, but you have to pay for it. I think in this day and age, wi-fi should be provided free by all hotels. The hotel does have a pool, but it's mostly covered. There is a little part of it that hangs out and overlooks the Pattaya City Walk. There is not a lot of room for laying out in sun near the pool. You have to go to the top floor sunning deck for that. So, if you want a place with an outdoor pool, this isn't the best for that. Other than that, I would stay here again.
Great location, large clean rooms and friendly ”
The Aya is a beautiful boutique hotel with large rooms and nice bathrooms. Well located near the beach in a quiet area of busy Pattaya, but within walking distance of many restaurants and entertainment venues. The rooms are super clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
Good Comfortable stay with superb location”
It was a good and comfortable stay at the Aya Boutique. It was a stone throw walk for the Beach and 2-3 minutes walk to the famous walking street. Transportation from the hotel was also very easy. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pattaya.
Very Nice Hotel. Good Location. Terrible Breakfast”
This hotel was a welcome change from some bad experiences on previous nights in Bkk & Pattaya before i moved to Aya. The location is perfect close to everything but not on the main drag. The staff are very helpful and attentive from both front office and housekeeping. The reception Manager (i think that she was) moved me to a higher floor and better room after i had extended my stay. All in all i stayed at this hotel for a week and a half and going back there next week also for business. I was very happy with it however the breakfast is a terrible let down. Extremely basic, bland, no creativity and terrible food i hate to say. If they could work on their breakfast it would make the experience so much better. I went twice but could not do it anymore as was a waste of money. The Chef was around and seems a very nice lady however wish that more attention was paid to breakfast. If you go elsewhere for breakfast and you will like this hotel very much

feeling boutique hotel really ”
we are appreciated with staying in Aya boutique hotel . the room is quite wide and good location of its for shopping , walking and convenient to transport in pattaya. the service is very fantastic . feel high impressive here.
Had a lovely time”
i really enjoyed my stay at aya. the hotel is new, so the room was very clean and well maintained. the location is very close to the walking street and center of attractions. the hotel offers a tuktuk service that takes the guests to a few locations in pattaya (e.g. the pier, the shopping centers, etc), which is nice. the parking, however, is not on site. the hotel does offer valet parking. just be sure to call in before arriving, since there is a night market right in front of the hotel, and you can't drive to the hotel front door at night.
Great hotel in a convenient location ”
Aya Boutique hotel was an excellent choice for me. It was made even better when I got a free upgrade to their suite room after my late check-in. The room itself was amazing and I would seriously consider booking the suite instead of the Deluxe room next time I am there. The service was great and all the staff were very helpful. If there was one thing to improve it would be the strength of the wifi connection and the ease of access to it. Other than this, this hotel comes highly recommended.
Cool comfort in Central Pattaya”
Overall, I liked the Fraser Resort, and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. It's ideally located in the heart of Central Pattaya within steps of the beach. The room I rented was modern in design and comfortable, overlooking the Puppet Theatre. You could hear the live music playing until about midnight, but it was OK after that. The bathroom was unusually designed - no space around the sink for toiletries - I had to put all my stuff in the shower stall or the separate toilet room. I paid extra for Internet access, and was given a log in and password for 350 baht per day. When accessing the network, no log in or password was required - the network was open and accessible to anyone. Why did they sell me the access? When I asked them about it, they said "save the codes for your next visit then!". Not cool. That said - it's a great hotel, with cheery attentive staff. I will return on my next trip to Pattaya.
Will be back again”
This is our first time to Pattaya and we come with my family the hotel is very clean and comfortable beds and good big rooms very friendly staff especially the reception so helpfull and very friendly. We had a great time in aya especially my children they loved the suite that we staid in and it's near to all shopping areas and the beach I really recommend this hotel.
the aya pattaya is a great location only 1/2 block from the beach and a short walk to walking street. the staff is really great and took care of all my needs. the rooms were well equipped and great bed. the only complaint i had was the noise from thin walls and folks in the hallways around bar closing time, but you would get that anywhere in pattaya.
Perfect getaway in Pattaya!”
spent 4 nights at the fraser hotel pattaya in august 2011 and was treated with care right from the time i checked in. the hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel was quite clean. the most convenient aspect being that the hotel is walking distance from walking street and next to all the action. it is located between beach road and soi 2. i would definitely stay here again if/when i return to pattaya!
A great hotel at a good price”
I liked this hotel very much. For the money it is a great bargain. It's clean, in a great location, centrally located around Soi 13 half way between the madness at soi 5 and walking street. The room is high end because this is a newer property so it's modern looking. I didn't really like that it had a bath tub rather then a stand up shower but this is definitely not a negative. The fact that the show has no door also is a bit annoying but most places in Thailand seem to be the same. The one dowside to this hotel is the pool. I have no idea why but that stuck the pool on the 2nd or 3rd poor. It's sort of an indoor pool with about 10% of the pool outdoors in the sun and the the rest of the pool shaded. For this reason not many people use the pool which is nice, but the water is cold because most of the pool gets no sun. This is really the only negative I could find about this hotel. Everything else is wonderful and I would say it's one of the best boutique hotels in Pattaya for the money, about $65 USD.
i stayed for 11 days and found the location was great. it is located in the middle with the shops on one side and the nightlife to the other. the beach is 150 meters away. i came in late on many occasions and slept in untill late. the cleaners still cleaned the room late into the afternoon without any fuss. i will be going back to pattaya and this is where i would like to stay. i dont have anything negative to say about this hotel. thanks aya for a great stay.
Very Good Location”
It was a very nice hotel compared with the Bangkok hotel we stay with the same cost paid. Room and bathroom was big and with most of the bath room items except no toothbrush/toothpaste. WiFi is good enough, didn't take any food/dining in the hotel instead of going over on the near right opposite small local restaurants cooking and the food is wonderful. Hotel rated 4 stars is a bit overrated as furniture don't fit as 4 stars but we find it's acceptable. Location is very good as it take only 5-15 minute walk to most of the attractions in Pattaya. We enjoying at the opposite hotel the small bar with music and beer. Surely we will be back in this hotel when we visiting Pattaya again.
