Hotle Mudzaaffar in Ayer Keroh , Malacca is a new hotel with superb traditional design. The foreigners will love this hotel. The room is big , comfortable bed , well design bathroom , and clean. It's location is good with many eatery . My grandson love the pool . The staff is also helpful and friendly and unlike most hotels they have ample parking space. I will definitely come back to this hotel. Bravo to the management and keep it up. I have stayed in many hotels in Malaysia for work and also for leisure. Hotel Mudzaffar is definitely one of the best.

My family have been to couple of resort before and Philea Resort & Spa is definitely ranked one of the best resort that we have been to. We checked in to the hotel quite late in the evening after our drive from Singapore, disrupted for a while due to puncture tyre. This resort is indeed quite secluded and for first timers like us we may have been lost our way if not for my wife attention to detail having read the reviews, to where we are suppose to exit after Ayer Keroh/Mallaca toll exit. The sign to the resort is not clearly displayed prominently after the toll, to what we have hoped for. Greeted by their friendly staffs and brought to our room via a buggy which is available 24hrs. Upon checking in to our room, we are greeted by the smell of "fresh wood", some reviewers say that is takes time to get use too, but for us it is just refreshing and immediately trigger our relax mood. There is not much choice of food in their in-house dining menu to choose from. For travellers who are mobile there are food choices in the vicinity near to the resort. The room is very clean and everything that travellers would have hoped for in terms of decorations and accessories. Have not tried the spa due to limited time during this visit. There is facilities like karaoke room which will add more event for families. View of man-made waterfall in the vicinity of swimming pool is breathtaking. Definitely, a resort that we will be visiting again.

- great, great location - right gobsmack in the centre of ayer keroh - surrounded by tourist attractions in ayer keroh; zoo melaka, butterfly park, crocodile park, taman malaysia, etc - surrounded by shops, markets, mamak places and facilities outside the hotel - very near to ayer keroh toll plaza - close to other commercial areas and shopping malls which have karaoke, cinema, shooting range, food stalls & restaurants, shops, funfair, clubs, etc - food and service are good - the hotel is quite cozy, clean, quaint and peaceful - close driving distance to jasin, melaka city, batu berendam airport & other places in melaka - one of the best places to stay in ayer keroh - definitely one of the best value-for-money hotels in melaka

If you are looking for hotel near Ayer Keroh, this new hotel is for you. They are newly opened hotel under Sheng Tai International group. There is Old Town White Coffee. I stayed at One Apartment Bedroom King Bed. Only one comment that I hope they can consider, put door bath mat in front of shower room. Other than that, everything as okay. Fast check in and check out. Friendly staff.

If you need accommodation nearest to hospital pantai ayer keroh.: Is a good choice if u need stay overnight while have patient at the hospital. Strategic location with reasonable cost. Helpful staff at front desk and thanks to Kak Lena for the help offered. **A solo traveller still need be careful and alert to ensure yr safety when cross the road until live in hotel.

I stayed here 3 times. Yes, I will definitely return to this hotel again if I'm travelling on business & on quick stop. But maybe not if for holiday with children or elderly. For the location & price offering, its worth it. Negative points: Room too small if with children or elderly. The bathroom is too small & somehow dangerous with sharp edge for children and elderly. As a Muslim, I find it inconvenient as the space to perform prayers in the room is very limited. Plus points: Good location near Ayer Keroh if do not want to get into the busy city centre of Melaka. Ample & convenient parking space, near to food restaurants. Cafe at the lobby, Asahan Cafe has nice food (and coffee) with great ambiance to relax but last kitchen call is too early - 11 pm. The hotel is new, so the room is clean, nice new bed sheets and yes, super nice new towels (plus point). Service is friendly & helpful staffs (but not always smiling). Hotel breakfast is very basic but it commensurate with the budjet.

The hotel is located less than five minutes from the Ayer Keroh toll. The hotel was bright and airy and my twin-bedder room was very spacious and clean. Lots of parking space directly in front of the hotel with more behind and a drop-off porch which made it convenient for checking-in during rainy weather like what I encountered. There's also a cafe serving buffet breakfast at ground floor. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This is a very good place to stay. The room is huge and had a lot of space. The location is very strategic because there are a lot of shop nearby so it is easy to buy some stuff. The restaurant next to this hotel is also okay. They also give us coupon for breakfast which is great and save a lot of money. This is so much better than eating breakfast at any the hotel because not all breakfast that hotel serve is delicious.

I absolutely loved staying here and wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Kahaani again. However I will flag a few things so other travellers are not disappointed. The Kahaani is in Ayer Keroh which doesn't really have much going for it, BUT it's really easy to get a Grab car so that's not and issue. The room I was in was a bit tired in places, so it doesn't' pay to be hypercritical. The pool is amazing! But not properly maintained! I can understand that it would be a huge undertaking but this is the aspect that disappointed me the most. I am pool mad, LOVE them. The pool was cleaned just before I arrived, but still had quite a few floaty bits so I asked for the filter to be run, which improved things greatly. However, I still wouldn't put my head under as in the back of my mind I was still concerned about the water and the level of chlorination. Abang Zai and his Team were fantastic and couldn't do enough for me!

Yay! : Book dgn room owner. So dpt hrga yg much cheaper(rm256) compared to resort rate (rm45x+) for 2 bedroom apartment. Dpt 4 wristbands yg valid from check in smpi checkout esok pukul 12. Bummer: Extra guest kna beli wristband- rm28 adult/rm20 dewasa yg valid hari tu shj smpi 7pm Apartment x terurus dgn baik; lampu toilet x hidup, ade bau lipas/cicak mati, lantai berhabuk siap ade lipas mati dlm laci dapur. Overall value for money sbb mmg rate yg murah dgn owner but u can’t expect resort treatment klo nk rate murah

This homestay is actually inside an apartment. The apartment is not really new but still have security in main entrance. It is in Block C 3rd floor and you have to climb stair to arrive the place. once open the door, it is totally 2 different world. The place is quite large especially dining room. It have comfortable big sofa with LCD TV and wifi. It have 3 bedrooms which can fit more than six people. The owner is very nice and willing to guide you if you cannot find her homestay. The facilities include kitchen, water heater, air-condition, towel, shampoo, TV and Wifi. Just the one cons is far from city which estimate 15 minutes if no traffic. In other words, it have some distance from joker street.

My family enjoys the golf club scenery right outside our window. It is situated within the various parks (Mini Malaysia/ASEAN, Zoo, Botanical Garden, Crocodile park etc) in Ayer Keroh and the city center is also nearby, it is convenient. But room is very basic and TV channels is so limited without even any free local channels. It is run by Koreans so it is interesting to talk to the them.

I believe that a good review makes a lot of difference,so here goes. location wise it is in ayer Keroh NOT in melaka town, but it served my purpose just fine. surrounding the area is multiple chinese food stalls with delicious noodles and other food and also nearby chain stalls including papparich KFC pizza hut etc. house is beautifully and tastefully decorated with amenities all provided for..including cotton buds and iron etc! have no regrets or complaints regarding the stay. a word of note though : you will need a car to travel around comfortably. (parking space is provided too!)
