We had a lovely time staying at the Ayres in Mission Viejo. We love Ayers Hotels because the suites are very nice and affordable. They are always very clean and the breakfast is very good. I love being able to sit out in the courtyard and listen to the fountain or sit by the fire. It is very relaxing. The food and drinks at the bar and grill were amazing. The atmosphere at Ayers is just what we were looking for to celebrate our Anniversary. The staff is always very nice and accommodating. We will definitely continue to visit Ayres locations. FIRST NIGHT GREAT.....LAST NIGHT HORRIBLE”
The first night was great we had 1st floor room king bed view court yard....Had 7:00 AM wake up from woman yelling at her child in court yard for @ 10 min. The next night was awoke at 3:00AM by group of people drinking outside our window called front desk said they would handle it 20 min. later they left.....fell back asleep 4:00 group of gals outside window for about another 30 min. Spoke about it with front desk person in morning said they would have manager call me....So far no call and its been over a week.

Okay, but the room had problems. My room was on the 1st floor, there was a beautiful courtyard just outside my window. We were awoken very early in the morning by people having breakfast at the tables just outside my window. Additionally, the room had the distinct odor of cat urine and a very noisy air conditioner.
