Located along the beach, AZ Family offers bungalows with sea views and free private parking on site. Guests can enjoy airport shuttle service upon request. All bungalows at this property feature a balcony and a seating area. The private bathroom comes with a shower. Breakfast is served daily at the resort's restaurant.

Exceeded my expectations! ”
This is the best budget option in Ngapali! The bungalows are cozy and clean. The location is right on the beach. There are loungers, inner tubes and bikes free of charge. The staff is amazing. The restaurant serves delicious food at great prices. There is a plentiful breakfast full of options. Real coffee. The beach is quiet and has seaside massage huts , and a few other small restaurants. I had a wonderful time. I will surely be back.

Great value option right on the beach”
Great location on the northern beach. Direct access to beach. Beach not as white as southern beach but is a more chilled vibe with no posh resorts nearby and several cheap places to buy beer on the sand. Hotel is clean and comfy. No hot water and A.C. is only turned on from 6pm to 3am. Free bicycles to cycle to nearby restaurants ( bring a torch, it's dark returning at night). Have e bikes available for hire if you want to go to explore

I strongly recommend going there, I had such a wonderful and relaxing time. The service was very good and my room was cleaned every day with bottles of water given too. It is very close to the beach (less than a minute walk) and you face a clean and magnificent scenery. On top of it all you will observe a wonderful sunset :) I spent 6 days and I wished I had spent some more time. If you go there you will surely have a good time.

Everything was just fine. Next time just stay here. Beach was good, tuorists mixed with indigenous people doing their calorie.To say something about the kitchen of the hotel, it tasted wow. Really first class. O rean desires me there. See you soon again.

Absolutely recommend this place. Amazing, clean beach, the bungalows are nice and clean, and staff are super friendly. Bonus: Beach towels (and loungers with shades on the beach) and bikes are provided for free!

Nice beach”
I was misled by reviews on your website. Someone said no hot shower, so i immediately decided on 1 night instead of 2. The bathrooms were equipped with instant water heaters. I was misled to think that all rooms had only 1 double bed; no twin beds. So i took 3 rooms instead of 2. In fact, they had rooms with 1 double n 2 single. Other than that, everything was good. Rooms n bathrooms were well thought out for a beach experience. Good facilities to wash off sand before entering room. Sand in bathroom is washed out through a hole to the garden, so no clogged piping. Clever. Good breakfast. Good beach restaurants nearby.

Apart from great location and beautiful beach AZ family could turn your holiday into disaster , worst ever experience , as already some previous travellers mentioned greed and cheat takes over the beauty . Basic stinky rooms , no place to hang or place your clothes , pushy stuff and incredibly unfriendly owner bossing around 24/7 . Lots of improvements have been made but it does not pay for the trouble you could experience staying at this property . Plenty of clean guest houses around , clean and well priced ,

Hotel inconsistent with the description, bad value for money”
1. They should have WiFi (they don't), 2. they should have AC (it's working only for 6 hours at night but there is hot during the day), so It's simply a lie to tell that they have AC without mentioning that it's working from 6 pm till 12 am, 3.manager is arrogant and not interested in helping - she is just smiling with face looking like "you can't do nothing about it, just leave your money and go", 4. There is no restaurant here (they claiming that they have), you can order food from another restaurant but the lady manager is always make mistakes with peoples orders, even though food have numbers, so she might be doing it for purpose, 5. There is no hot water (it should be), 6. Breakfast is cake and one egg. ONE, 7. There are energy blackouts 50-60 times a day (I was counting 20 times in one hour, then stoped counting), 8. And the worst- with all our complains we never heard "I'm sorry". Never ever, even once! Location is excellent - next to the beach, cleanliness impeccable.

Un sitio estupendo”
Las casitas están fenomenal aunque le falta agua caliente y serían perfectas! El personal súper majo y un desayuno muy rico! La playa de las mejores una cala casi privada. Os recomiendo el masaje Birmano que dan en la playa y cenar al atardecer justo al lado! El hotel tiene wifi muy buena, bicis gratis y motos eléctricas para alquilar!

Seul l'emplacement est positif”
Nous avons adoré l'emplacement de cette gest house. C'est le seul point positif du séjour. Séjour de 6 nuits, hygiène médiocre, ménage quotidien bâclé, poubelle sanitaire non vidée de tout le séjour, WC et salle de bains sals, serviettes de toilette sales malgré qu'elles soient changées chaque jour. À notre arrivée, nous avions une chambre dans un bâtiment en face du local hébergement femmes de chambres... Très bruyant! Nous avons du enlever les draps de notre lit car sales pour les faire changer. Nous avons demandé à changer d'hébergement ; nous avons eu affaire à la responsable d'une froideur sans nom....très surprenant pour un pays dans lequel nous avons passé nos 2 premières semaines de vacances absoluement enchantés de la qualité de l'accueil que nous avions reçu jusque-là. Petit-déjeuner passable, toujours le même...pour 6 nuits 7 jours, rébarbatif... mieux vaut aller le prendre à l'extérieur. Prêt de vélos mais en très mauvais état. Location de scooter 12000kyts /jours ou 8000kyts /4h Nous avons eu le sentiment d'être un porte-monnaie ambulant pour cette gérante peu professionnelle. Nous recommandons uniquement son emplacement en bord de mer.

Magnifique sur le bord de l’ocean Indien. WoW ! Les maisonnettes sont simple, propre et de base. Le restaurant sert des repas du pays, propre et ouvert petit-déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner. Dans un quartier extrêmement pauvre... Le café est désastreux, les hôtels du Myanmar ne savent pas comment faire le café; cafetière sans filtre, les grains coulent dans le pichet et ils gardent les grains jusqu’a la fin du déjeuner, il en avait presque qu'à moitié...

Très belle situation, à l'écart de la grande plage dans un coin authentique. Personnel très attentionné. La propriétaire a passé beaucoup de temps pour nous trouver un taxi pour aller à Pathein. Le plus : les repas sur la plage le soir et le prêt de vélos. Le moins , la mauvaise isolation phonique des bungalows très près les uns des autres...on espère revenir !

très belle situation au calme. Bungalow agréable restaurant nickel. On mange face à la mer. plage sensass! seul bémol l'eau est froide à la douche. Baignade agréable quelque soit la marée. Cent fois mieux que la grande plage de Ngapali! Allez y sans problème. En prime quelques petites gargottes très agréables sur la plage à proximité.

Emplacement Top mais....”
Nous avons terminé notre séjour de 2 semaine en Birmanie dans cet hôtel à Ngapali... En arrivant on est tout de suite séduit par le côté “village vacances” et la proximité mer. Les bungalows sont spacieux (d’ailleurs les salles de bain sont démesurément grande) et la literie très agréable. Mais mais mais... je suis très étonné de ne voir que très peu d’avis le stipuler il n’y a pas d’eau chaude! Pas de robinet d’eau chaude! Nous avons fait une dizaine d’hôtel et d’auberge et TOUS avaient l’eau chaude!(même des chambres à 12dollars) Je trouve vraiment scandaleux de payer une chambre 45 dollars/nuit (prix très élevé pour des hôtels moyenne gamme) sans avoir la possibilité de se doucher normalement! Sinon petit dej top : copieux et face à la mer ! Personnel très agréable et disponible mais patronne pas très arrangeante, peu souriante, et bizarre parfois.
