Great service, property, and pleasant staff”
I took my elderly parents and relatives (my 85 year old grandfather, aunt, and parents) to Baguio for a pre-Christmas treat. Everyone in my family praised everyone in Azalea for their consistent kindness all the time. Everyone was helpful and patient despite the Christmas season's hustle and bustle. The 2-bedroom suite was spacious, clean, and more than enough to keep us entertained when we could no longer go out at night time. I would stay again.

felt like a serviced apartment complete with kitchen, it is perfect for young kids where you can prepare meals in the comforts of your own unit. Located along Leonard Road, it is a few meters away from the newly improved Botanical Garden, Rustans Marketplace and if you go further, Pacdal rotunda where the church is and its local talipapa. It has enough parking. downside is the area every morning for the buffet breakfast but the spread is wonderful with almost more than 5 viands, desserts, beverage and soup/salad.

Great stay at Azalea”
We had a great stay at Azalea Hotel. The room was clean and well-kept with adequate amenities, making for a comfortable stay. There's adequate basement parking for your own vehicle. The location of the hotel is ideal and near tourist destinations (Camp John Hay, Session Road, etc.). Breakfast food is okay. Next trip to Baguio, I'll be sure to consider Azalea again.

It was in close proximity to some bars if you opt to chillout without having to hail a cab and there were lots of nice resto nearby one even had buffet dining with unli shrimps.. sorry i forgot it’s name. Our room booking had a free yummy buffet breakfast at Kuya J’s resto just on the ground floor of the same bldg/condo. It was so near some tourist attractions that we just strolled our way to the Botanical Garden and Wright Park. Staff were all kind and courteous. Our room was so neat . We love all about it. We will surely be coming back.

The linens are clean as well as the comfort room. The room is also complete with appliances such as ref and microwave. The beds and blankets are very comfortable! Would love to stay here again.

I love how they approach us starts with the guard, bell person, frontdesk officer, the triange person and housekeeping. As a co-hospitality, I got what I should be the approach, smile and convenience. The room is clean!

Best accomodation we’ve had in Baguio”
Baguio is one of our favorite relaxation destination all throughout the year and this is the first time we tried to stay at this hotel. Great value for money - huge and clean room, good breakfast buffet, good location, excellent staff service (always with a smile), nice view, etc. One recommendation - consider installing A/C on rooms without windows as it tends to be “hot” during summer. Fan alone might not be sufficient.

The view from our room balcony was so breathtaking and very calming. It's nice to see trees and mountains rather than the usual city buildings and roads. All of the hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. My stay was really relaxing.

Our arrival in Baguio was a few hours earlier than expected. We went to the hotel at around 6am; the staff were courteous and kind enough to allow early check-in. Staff in general are helpful and approachable. We hung out at the mini park and playground at night; clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed well the Baguio breeze at night. Rooms were clean as well. I wouldn't mind booking a room here on our next trip to Baguio 👍

Positive: The rooms is enough for a family of 3. The place is also clean and buffet breakfast will satisfy your morning delight. What I enjoy much is the balet parking. This really helps our trip. Downside: my room is just along the main access, hence I can hear other guest talking when they pass by our room. But all in all, this is a good place to stay. More power to the management
