Definitely worth every peso especially with the breakfast they served! They have their own farm so expect fresh fruits and surprisingly really good presentation as well. We asked them to prepare dinner for us (group of 8), and we were seriously impressed with the quality and amount of food they served - and for a really good price! Half of what we would spend if we went to one of the restaurants along Sabang Beach. It's about a 10-minute drive away from Sabang beach, so it's still pretty well located. Rooms were simple but clean. We had the whole place almost to ourselves, which made it even more fun! They have an organic herb garden where you can buy lavender, oregano, sage, rosemary, lemon balm plants if you're into gardening. Will definitely go back to this resort when we go back to Baler!

Azbahaen is a good distance away from the town hustle with and invigorating and educational environment because of its being run by an agriculturist who grows plants and livestock. Safe, quiet and accommodating staff . However, internet connection was slow in the room and our bath shower was weak. Blanket size was smaller than standard. Nonetheless, a great place with its own adult and kiddie pools and Gift/souvenir shop. The farm also produces antioxidant-rich Wineberry, a red wine from its own currant ( " Bignay" ) trees.

....even though its not a beach front inn,still, u will enjoy your stay,.you will really feel and experience the fresh air, kindliness of the people,the clean environment,and great food. the staff are very adorable i didnt realize that they are also the owners!!,amazing, they are very simple and down-to-earth,. Breakfast with organic duck egg and aurora brewed coffee?..awesome!!,very good to start the day.they dont have restaurant,but if u wnt to eat lunch or dinner,just tell them ahead of time, and fresh from the market they will cook for you,all you need to do is ask and tell,.surely you will have a great meal... the place is very peaceful,it is the best place to relax, think, and sleep after the exhausting trip..also they have this very clean and cold swimming pool very ideal for all levels,.sweet ambiance :). ah,the water sometimes has sand with it, and when i told them they respond quickly, they put piece of cloth on the opening of the faucet..i paid the cheapest accommodation and i totally satisfied with the full service and experienced that they gave..i will surely go back here and i will bring my family and friends.. thanks azbahaen.

Well located resort”
The resort is 10 minutes drive to sabang beach, it has 2 swimming pools and they own a farm so the food is tasty. AC is a bit noisy but its cooling just fine. There is also toiletries provided so its a place

Pros Nice and relaxing place with good ambiance and pool. Price we paid is worth it. Cons Location is little bit far from baler town proper. CR in our room hard to flush. But overall experience is good i still recommend this place to a budget traveller.

Nice enough last minute booking”
It was a last minute booking since our hotwl gave our slit away and azbahaen was thw only one available. Its far from the beach (7 min drive away) so go here if you're looking for something quiet and without a lit of people. The staff are very nice and accommodating. You can also rent a videoke machine.

last minute hotel”
We rented the farm house, the house is clean but the water is not. theres some brown sand like sediments on it. u have to save water too coz there are times that theres no water coming out from the faucet. the washroom is not too bad. the beddings and linens are just fine. the staffs are very friendly, easy to deal with.

Facilities need improvement”
We could not use the shower and toilet flush as water supply was a problem. It took several hours for the aircon to cool the upper room of the Farm House even with additional 2 electric fans. The light in the dining room was busted although when we reported the problem, it was immediately attended.

It was disappointing. We use a gps and we were directed to a cemetery. We have to ask around since there was no other sign board that would direct us to the place. The place was clean but the door lock have issues. Tv doesnt have a cable and movies were limited.when i asked if there was a shower i was told to use the bidet. No hot and cold water. Only 2 viand to choose from for breakfast. Although compared to the hotels and inns near sabang beach, azbahaen is cheaper for an airconditioned room.

Perfect for Nature Lovers”
Azbahaen is about 7-10 minute drive away from Sabang beach. The place is so quiet and you can enjoy the serene mood. The room that we stayed is good enough for two people. There is no hot water though. No TV and internet. Globe signal is too weak in the area. The staff are friendly and accomodating.

Ok place, needs renovation and maintenance ”
The property is barely operational, pool is a big plus, but it's not maintained, algae starts to develop in the pool water. Room doesn't have much amenity, has aircon (a bit noisy though), private toilet BUT no hot and cold shower, toilet flush not working, door knob is broken, toilet bowl, and tiles are dirty and old. The property is surrounded by a farm, there are goats that move around freely inside the property.

aside from the friendly staff there was nothing commendable able it. water had leaves and soil in it. no heater. they can heat water for you but not worth the effort. toilet clogged tv not working. was a last minute trip and everywhere else was fully booked. if your going to baler plan ahead. too far from the beach good thing we vrought a car cause it was like 15 mins away

Quiet, Friendly but Basic ”
Quiet & relaxing location. Owner & staff friendly & helpful. rooms very basic: no hotwater, no clothes hanging hooks/hanger, no refrigerator, minimal horizontal surfaces. Great pools open air dining area. The "hook" is home-grown organic produce, if you're that way inclined.

Farm Life”
It was hot early in the evening and the room only had 1 fan so it was hard to fall asleep. There was no heater and no water at the start. They had to get the pump going. The shower didn't work, so we had to use a pail. The drain was clogged and the shower area wasn't divided on the floor, so the entire bathroom floor flooded whenever we showered. The flush didn't work so we had to collect water in the pail to manually flush it. The outlets also didn't work so we had to charge our gadgets at the common area. However, the staff was eager to help, and we liked how they specially buy and make our food upon request. They just need to invest on their facilities.
