Garden & City”
We stayed at Hotel Azur for three nights in the ground floor room which was perfect with all the luggage we had (only stairs for upper rooms). Our room and the lobby were beautifully designed and comfortable. The garden where we had breakfast (delicious) and relaxed or worked was amazing to have in this busy city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great too, walking distance to the Train Station, to the Vieux Port and to the arty Cours Julien scene but away from the hustle and bustle. We would love to come here again next time we visit Marseille and explore a room with garden View.

Very good experience and we enjoyed it very much~ the reception was very friendly and very nice, they gave us all the instructions of the city and good places to view, and the hotel is very close to the old port of marseille. We like it very much and we will be back when we go to Marseille again.

Buena relación calidad-precio”
La ubicación es buena puesto que está cerca de los puntos monumentalmente para poder moverte andado. Sí es cierto que está en una calle con mucha variedad étnica. La recepción es muy bonita y el personal muy agradable. Sin embargo, la habitación no fue lo esperado. Aunque estaba limpia y nos sirvió de sobra para pasar la noche, era bastante pequeña y antigua. Un poco distante de lo que se puede percibir en la fotos de la web.

El trato del hotel ha sido muy malo y el director del hotel un mal educado. ”
En el establecimiento no sabian ingles, nos cobraron el desayuno a parte cuando en la reserva ponia que estaba incluido. Preguntanos antes de la llegada y nos dijeron que si estaba incluido pero luego al hacer el check in nos los cobraron a part . El hotel es muy bie pero el trato muy fuera de lugar. No supieron darnos respues a nada y solo querian que pasasemos la visa para cobrarnos extras.

J’ai vraiment passé un super moment. Le personnel est à l’écoute et super chaleureux de même que pour les lieux partagés (terrasse et salon). Le petit déjeuner était super bon . J’ai passé un agréable moment dans un cadre idéal pour réviser pour mes examens. 🙌

Un chouette séjour dans un hôtel familial, accueillant etdécoré avec goût”
L'hôtel Azur est tenu par une famille depuis trois générations. On y est accueilli avec beaucoup d'amabilité et de disponibilité. Il est décoré avec goût, calme et vraiment agréable et il se trouve à quelques pas du centre de la ville. Il a tout pour plaire aux personnes qui apprécient la chaleur humaine.

Déçu ”
Nous devions avoir une chambre confort avec vue sur jardin, nous avons eu une chambre à l’etage avec vue sur la route. La qualité n’était pas au rendez vous, le porte serviette était rouillée, la douchette était vraiment trop petite, pour y accéder avec deux poussettes ce fut le parcours du combattant.. de plus lors de notre arrivée avec nos bagages, nos enfants en bas âge et nos deux poussettes le personnel ne nous a pas aidé à les monter alors qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur! le petit déjeuner n’est qu’à 7h15 et aucune alternative n’est proposé pour ceux qui doivent partir avant.. Bref, nous ne le recommandons pas.

j'ai réservé cet hôtel pour son prix! 55€ la chambre! Seul bémol elle est petite (mais toute propre et refaite récemment) et au 3ème sans ascenseur (je n'ai rien vu sur le site qui le signalait). Aucune prise de courant près du lit pour charger son téléphone (snif..). Le petit déjeuner à 10€ (!!) annonce des pâtisseries maisons: je n'en ai vu aucune! Et plus grave mon yaourt était périmé de 3 jours (23/01 pour le 26/01). Comme je n'aime pas gaspiller je l'ai mangé tout de même ;-) ... j'y retournerai aux beaux jours pour profiter du jardin intérieur et je choisirai une chambre plus spacieuse ne donnant pas sur la rue!

教会の裏手にあり、場所的には便利です。小さな古いホテルですが、ロビーはきれいに清掃され、冷房もよく効いています。部屋は狭いですが必要十分です。快適さを求めるより、十分な睡眠スペースの確保と考えれば居心地は良いと思います。

Boede alene paa hotellet med venner i lejlighed lige om hjoernet. Personalet utroligt hjaelpsomt og meget - professeionelt - vidende om restauranter og deres chefs i Marseille. Eneste virkelige minus var den daarlige kaffe, gjorde ikke stedet aere.

除了大廳和客房外， 其它地方都很混亂 ，不知道是不是在裝修中 ？ 而要check out時系統還出錯 ，差點要求我們再額外付一次住宿費 ，還好有帶著列印好的訂單憑證， 而櫃臺人員也一一對查資料後才找到我們付款的收據 。
