Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish, we long to return here!”

The host Riccardo was amazing, he went out of his way to pick us up from the train station on a very hot day which was a fantastic gesture. Riccardo also offered to transport us to the train station on our return journey home and we were extremely grateful for this given the hot temperatures. Riccardo made us feel immediately welcome in the B&B and provided some great recommendations for local restaurants in Monopoli, we tried all of his recommendations and they were amazing, it was really great to get some local insight into the best restaurants in town. The room was fabulous, very clean, modern and stylishly decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable. The air conditioning worked great as we really needed this during our stay due to the heat. The bathroom was very nicely decorated and the large shower was fantastic with the option of the large overhead spray and the smaller spray unit. Our accommodation had a fantastic view over looking the beach and the sunset view from the room was fantastic. We were extremely impressed with the breakfast that Riccardo and his family prepared each morning, we got the option of having a salty and sweet breakfast along with a selection of fresh fruits and we couldn't have asked for more food as we had a huge selection to choose from along with great coffee. The breakfast is served on a beautifully decorated terrace with a nice view of Monopoli and is a very pleasant place to enjoy a breakfast. The accommodation is in a great location in the old part of the town of Monopoli and is beside many fantastic restaurants and bars along with fantastic old cathedrals and buildings.
We could not find any faults with the accommodation.

Very pleasant stay in the old part of the city - very picturesque, close to the seashore. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Nearby, very good restaurants with good prices, recommended by the host. Very good and tasty breakfast with cheeses, sausages, fresh fruit, eggs (on request), fresh croissants, and delicious cakes. Wonderful coffee, especially tasty. Breakfast is taken on a terrace on the top level. The room was not very big, but comfortable and clean. This room cannot be easily accessed by people with motor disabilities. Thanks to Riccardo for his kindness and pleasant presence.
It is not a complaint but we are not fans of a shower room without privacy - everything can be seen from the room. This, however, did not diminish the pleasure of staying at this location.

Great property in Monopoli close to the beach”

We stayed here for 5 nights and I must say it was an exceptional choice. The location of the property is just perfect, about 50 meters away from the beach and the old city wall. The owner, Riccardo offered us outstanding services, offering us transfer by his car from the train station to the property and back on the day of departure. He is really very polite and to helpful. The room was very clean and nice, not very big but quite enough for what you need. The bathroom was also very well equipped and very clean, including a bidet which you do not find in many properties. The bed sheets and towels were exchanged even more often than they should have. The included breakfast was excellent and it was served on a beautiful roof terrace. I recommend this property 100% and use the opportunity to thank Riccardo again for providing us with a great stay in Monopoli!

Best B&B in Monopoli - looking forward to going back in 2023”

My husband Joe and I have not stopped raving about this GEM of a B&B. The owners were incredible, they couldn't do enough for us and the property is impeccably clean and beautiful. Breakfast every morning was superb, fresh fruit platter, local cheeses and deli meats, fresh bread rolls, croissants and local custard tarts (to die for!), and Riccardo's homemade cake every morning too. Best coffee in town. Cannot wait to go back there next year....did not want to leave!
Couldn't fault the place, everything was seriously perfect. 22 steps from the building to the beautiful coastal beach, where we swam every morning before breakfast - just divine :o)

Literally, we loved everything about this property. Let’s begin with the owners - a mother and son team who made us feel like family and tended to our every need. Whether it’s the language barrier or the unfamiliar landscape, they guided us to an incredible experience. Additionally, the room was clean and tastefully decorated and the bed as comfortable as home. The breakfast was delightful — from riccardo’s famed orange cake to the sampling of the regIon’s best charcuterie to the fresh fruit — all washed down with a foamy, decadent cappuccino!

This Bed & Breakfast was nothing short of perfection. Right upon our arrival, we were greeted by the owner, Riccardo, who was extremely welcoming and personable. He then showed us to our room which was beautiful, extremely clean, and modern. While there was sooo many amazing things about our stay here, the breakfast was our favorite! The owner, Riccardo, made us the breakfast himself….We are literally still dreaming about it - so delicious. Would rate the cleanliness 10/10. Not only was the cleaning woman sweet and welcoming, she did am outstanding job, cleaning the rooms daily — literally to the point where we thought our moms were on the trip with us. If you’re staying in Monopoli, you must stay here! Exceeds expectations!

Highly recommended Boutique B&B”

Modern and chic, well appointed rooms with spacious bathroom and very comfortable bed, just a few steps from the public parking at the entrance to the old town. Directly in the middle of everything Monopoli has to offer. Nice served breakfast on the terrace with a choice of sweet or salty plus very good coffee, all generous and tasty. Welcoming and pleasant atmosphere, we would definitely book again.
For us perfectly fine, we liked the Italian small town atmosphere - for very sensitive sleepers probably a little noisy at night and in the morning - closed windows absorb most of it though.

I do not usually write reviews of places where I stay. However this accommodation was so exceptional I felt compelled to say something. From the moment of our booking it was a pleasure dealing with Riccardo who was an excellent and cheerful host. The premises were comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. The location within the old town was ideal with a plethora of nearby bars and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and included fresh fruit, a charcuterie board, warm bread and sweet pasties. Over all the property is more akin to a mini hotel than a bed and breakfast. Thank you Riccardo for a delightful stay.

Riccardo is truly the best host you will ever meet. He greeted us personally, even when we arrived late into Monopoli, he made us delicious breakfasts and he answered all of our questions. He is such an energetic and positive person that he lights up the morning! Thank you Riccardo.

Beautiful accommodation with an amazing host!”

Everything! This was our 2nd visit to Monopoli and we were not disappointed. Riccardo and his family are amazing hosts, nothing is too much trouble. Our room was large, the decor contemporary with an amazing shower and comfortable beds. The breakfasts on the roof terrace were simply gorgeous and we even had fruit from Riccardo's family farm. The location of the property was literally perfect, a stones throw from Monopoli's little beach and a few twists and turns from amazing restaurants and bars.
Nothing at all. Everything exceeded my expectations, it was a pleasure to stay here.

Fabulous and we shall most certainly return!”

Location superb with wonderful view. Breakfast was delicious, a super selection of fruits, bread, cheese, meats and home made cakes. Riccardo and his mother were very attentive and service was the best I have experienced. Our room and all areas of the B&B were immaculate. There is a top terrace that looks over the beach, a great spot to sit and enjoy the view. It is very central to the old town filled with many great restaurants, bars and historical buildings. Riccardo will help with whatever you need. Transfers to and from the airport and recommendations on beach clubs, restaurants etc.

The facilities are beautiful (the building was very recently remodeled, and there are some gorgeous ocean views); the location is perfect (right at the entrance of the old town with an easy parking lot just a short walk away); the breakfast was amazing; and the staff—especially Ricardo—go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

The entire experience was incredible from beginning to end! Riccardo is so welcoming, professional and goes above and beyond to meet your needs - this really can't be emphasised enough. The BnB itself was spotless and the beds were really comfy. Please, do not hesitate to book this place if you're visiting Monopoli! It's also right by the city beach so you're in the middle of the action, but the noise doesn't travel to the BnB because it's tucked away, so it's perfect. Breakfast is also delicious! My husband and I will definitely be coming back to stay and recommending it to all our friends. Thank you so much!

The location is excellent near to the beach and you can walk around the city since everything is close, the rooms are beautiful, they have a unique touch.
