Unreasonnable check in conditions”
We came a long way to check in at the property but were shocked to know that our room was given to other guests just because we came 30 minutes after the check in time. The owner said the check in time is 4PM-6PM, if guests don't come at this time, the room is given to other guests. To everyone's understanding, guests can't check in before the check in time, and are free to check in at anytime after the check in. That's the first time I've seen such a condition, and it was not indicated in booking conditions. I've asked for a refund but the property refused to. It's not my fault but I have to incur the costs, not counting all the inconveniences caused by not having a room. I'd like to warn other guests to avoid being in a situation like mine. I am disappointed about the property and agoda
