Good location.
I really enjoy the stay in Rome and the hotel is good located. The stuff is nice. However, the breakfast is not really good and it is better for you to have it outside

Cosy atmosphere
This was a nice little place in roma, not to far from the station so you can walk. The owner gets in touch with you beforehand to find out when you arrive. This can be an inconvenince as the place is not staffed all the time so you may end up with a little bit of waiting if the timing is not right especially if you dont have any means of contact while travelling. Also they dont keep luggage for you. Not sure if thats the norm with bed and breakfasts tho. Otherwise a comfortable stay with a big room and a ok breakfast. The owner is very kind.

great location,near subway shops and vatican. the rooms have a window that opens wide onto the street and provides a good view from a second floor vantage point. one draw back no internet when i stayed there,not sure if that was a temporary problem or not. the little breakfast area in the kitchen worked well and the breakfast was good. the separate bathroom funtioned well. plenty of hot water, clean and spacious. i liked this place and would stay there again

This was my first bed and breakfast ever, I was always skeptical to stay in them, but my opinion has changed since l'incanto di Roma. Laura, the wonderful lady host of this B&B was very pleasant, very helpful and very accommodating, you forget that you are in a hotel. Our stay at B&B was nice. The room was big with enough space for all 3 big luggages. The shared bathroom was clean and could allow 2 persons to use it at 1 time. The shower area is slightly smaller and less light. open the windows in the bedroom to allow ventilation. The computer area has much information for your needs and Wifi is good. Breakfast is ready every morning with simple yet sufficient providings like biscuits, bread, cereal, milk, coffee powder, chocolate drink powder.gd 10 mins walk from republica station without your luggages. with luggage, takes abt 20 mins. take 25mins walk to Termini station.

4 giorni stupendi! Roma ha sempre molto da offrire con le sue numerosissime opere d' arte. Il personale del B&B si è subito dimostrato disponibile facendoci sentire a casa. La simpatia della proprietaria Laura, la pulizia delle camere, il servizio completo e la gentilezza del personale rendono questo B&B molto piacevole per trascorrere una vacanza a Roma. 雰囲気、場所、オーナー
　既に数え切れない海外の街を訪ね、数え切れない宿に泊まったが、史上ベスト3に入るのではないか。 　駅から徒歩圏内、官庁街裏手の閑静な路地の重厚な建物にあり、オーナーの趣味がいいのか、室内は至って可愛く清潔である。 　共用キッチン使いたい放題。果物、クッキー、コーヒーなどご自由に。毎日、翌日の各ゲストの朝食が冷蔵庫に準備され、各自セルフサービスで食べる。パン、チーズ、安っぽいハムだけの簡素なメニューだが、前述の通り果物が食べ放題なので、まあいいか。 　ドライヤーはもちろんシャンプー、置き傘、プラグのアダプター、応急手当てセット等々、何でもあり、極めて至れり尽くせり。オーナーの誠意と商魂がにじみ出ている宿だ。1フロアだけの小規模b&bなので、同居人たちとも自然に交流でき、居心地が良かったが、シャワーの使い方が雑な野郎が一人だけいて、閉口したが。 　数少ない減点材料は洗濯機。キッチンの洗濯機は壊れたままのようで、近所のランドリーに持っていくのだが、10ユーロもかかった。本来、キッチンで格安または無料で洗濯できたはず。 　以上、価格からして満足度は五ツ星。

テルミナ駅まで徒歩10分～15分　回りは静かです。
テルミナ駅まで徒歩10分～15分と割と近く、駅前周辺は喧騒や治安の問題もありますが回りは静かです。 近くには、レストラン等もあるので不便はありません。

Приветливая хозяйка, наличие необходимой информации, расположение.
Это четырехкомнатная квартира с двумя санузлами и кухней. Каждая из комнат сдается.Расположена в старом здании. До площади Республики минут 10 пешком. Претензий по обслуживанию нет. Чисто, своевременно и по доброму. Завтраки? Мюсли, молоко, вода, сок, джем, хлеб, чай, кофе. Есть посуда, стиральная машина, холодильник, в котором для каждой комнаты своя полка. Английский или итальянский надо знать. Лаура (видимо хозяйка) мила и приветлива. рядом магазин сыра. Кто любит может себя побаловать.

Удобное месторасположение, тихий район, не далеко от вокзала.
Нас встретила приятная девушка, ответила на все наши вопросы и дала карту города. Отель чистый, единственное неудобство отсутствие ванной в номере, ванна 1 на 2 комнаты.

lokalizacja, właścicielka, dobra wola i chęć pomocy Laury, wygodne pokoje,
Polecam to miejsce z uwagi na lokalizację, uroczą właścicielkę, która dba o wszystkich, kameralny nastrój. Pokoje są dobrze wyposażone, kuchnia także. Poza standardowym wyposażeniem do dyspozycji przyjezdnych są : przewodniki, parasolki, kuchnia, etc. Są dwie łazienki na 4 pokoje (jedna damska, jedna męska), czyste, choć skromne. Internet jest bezprzewodowy (czasami w ostatnim pokoju bywają problemy z zasięgiem). Z pewnością nie miałbym żadnych oporów aby wrócić do tego miejsca raz jeszcze. Polecam!

Fantastisk værtinde. Fint værelse og et ok køkken.
Desværre meget gadelarm til langt ud på natten. Altså , luk vinduet eller brug ørepropper. En god ide at anskaffen en hurtigere PC, man må bruge i "receptionen"
