Perfect spot for exploring Lago di Como”

Location was just perfect in the calmer area of the lake. It is situated just few steps from the town's center where you can find restaurants (I particulerly liked the one which make delicious pizza napoletana) and bars. You can reach the beach by walking few minutes. We also took a boat to Bellagio from the city center which was very convenient. Free parking was easy to find (remember - white lines!) very close from the apartement. The owner of the house Francesca is really nice person and was really helpful. She tells you all info about the area. She even serves a breakfast for you. I really liked her homemade yoghurt. You can also use the fridge to store your drinks/meals which was in the hot weather especially helpful. The whole apartement was incredibely clean!
There could be an AC in the room for the days which is very hot weather.

We chose this Bed&Breakfast because it has an excellent location. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host Francesca and she showed us first of all what we can do here in Gravedona. The nicely furnished rooms were as clean as the bathroom and the rest of the house. In the morning we were spoiled by Francesca with Italian specialties such as delicious cake and cheese but toast and selfmade jam was also part of the breakfast. The hostess knows very well here and so you get every day great tips for the vacation on Lake Como! This is true hospitality. Here we come again with pleasure.

Francesca was really nice and friendly, make us feel at home, give us a lot of good advices about places, activities, restaurants,... Breakfast was delicious!! The place is perfect located, 2 min walk to the promenade, 5 min to the beach. Easy to achieve the mountains or take the boat. The room is big and comfortable. We ware 5 nights there and couldn't wish something better! Highly recommend! We are for sure coming back.

Francesca was a wonderful host! Very friendly and helpful, preparing a homemade breakfast with fresh coffee, cake and selfmade joghurt in the morning. The apartment includes a cozy bedroom, a spacious bathroom and an extra little room to relax in. It is located right by the lake, which you can see from the bedroom window. There is no parking directly by the house but free parking spots close by. Our stay was quite short and we definitely would like to come back!

The owner is extremely friendly. Breakfast very good. Location very good. Great value for money.
Guests should be made aware that breakfast is 'communal' style in the main kitchen. However, there are only three guest rooms, so it is a small group ... and, we got lucky and had friendly guests at the table.

Breakfast was very good. The owner Francesca makes everything with love and great quality. She is very knowledgable about all kinds of allergies and offers food for these, for example gluten free breakfast, even with a great gluten free cake, if she knows early enough! She was very helpful with glutenfree restaurant recommendations were pasta and pizza without gluten are prepared.

The hostess is super friendly and kind. We had delicious breakfast, especially homemade cakes 😍 (chestnut cake was superb). Great location, there's a nice beach close by. Also we were lucky to find a free parking lot very close to the apartments.

Very good”

This place has absolutely perfect location with a beautiful view on the lake, it is really close to the beach. The apartment is big, clean and nicely decorated with a beautiful spacious bathroom. Our host Francesca was communicative, helpful and gave us many good tips and advices, once again thanks for her hospitality.
This accommodation is more community-based than we expected, in our case it was very easy to know about the neighbours living in the floor below us. Luckily they were quiet and decent people. Our apartment under the roof was super hot in these days with crazy weather (unfortunately there is no A/C). You should be ready to have breakfast with other guests, all at the same table. This was something that we liked and enjoyed, but I can imagine some more introverted people wouldn't be so happy about it :)

the friendly and homely atmosphere. The host was so lovely to us with great suggestion of the local area. fully recommended a visit if you’re in the area.
Hard to pick a bad point for the property as we loved the stay. Only thing would be fruit for breakfast but that’s a nice to have.
