Fine basic room, awkward street entrance”
The room was fine with all the essentials including a/c, private bathroom, etc. Finding the street entrance among the grubby surroundings was a small challenge. It’s next to the “México “ coffee shop with a small (roughly 1 Ft square) sign among several others next to the entry. To reach it start at the Burger King in the Centrale train station, cross the street , and pass a cafe (contemporary shop for pastries and espresso).

Thanks for your review! in truth the building and the entrance is always kept clean and safe, we have also recently done interior work! The porter works from 8.30 to 19.30. We always try to contact our customers and we always attach the link to the exact location so as not to have difficulties. From the central station, as you wrote, they are really 2 steps on foot and if you know how to use google maps you will have no difficulty! hehe Thanks for the comment and for choosing us!
Low cost but poor quality”
The neighbourhood is one of the worse in Napoli. Many homeless around. The walls are paper thin. You hear everithing what is going on around. We woke up every morning at 6.30 am as someone entered to the reception and closed the door. There was an extra late check in fee of 15-20 EUR, if you arrive after 9pm. However this was written in an e-mail in advance. We asked before arrival if there is a transfer option from the airport first they say 35 eur, after they say it includes the late checkin, but when I sad them that a taxi is 16 EUR they decreased the price to 30....

Gentile cliente , la struttura comunica sempre in anticipo l'orario del il checkin e checkout, tuttavia lei ha prenotato lo stesso , ad un costo bassissimo , sfruttando una delle nostre migliori offerte, purtroppo noi pur di garantire il checkin , siamo costretti a pagare un extra al nostro collaboratore . Per la zona , poco possiamo farci , siamo in stazione centrale , centro nevralgico della città , unico consiglio che le posso dare e di leggere attentamente le " condizioni , e la zona " della struttura in cui si è intenzionati a pernottare . Les 5 chambres de l'hôtel sont situées au 5ème étage d'un immeuble, aucun contact avec personne, le breakfast est à oublié, débrouillez-vous seul. Pas de lavabo, mais un lave main, nous n'avons même pas eu l'autorisation de laisser nos valises 1 heure de plus, nous n'avons jamais vu le responsable qui n'a communiqué que par Whats App, un seul point positif, les draps étaient propres. Je pense que les multiples avis sur cet hôtel sont tout simplement bidonnés

La bagagerie est gratuite et c'est une COURTOISIE, pas une obligation ou un service requis; si vous aviez des problèmes ou n'aimiez pas la gestion, vous pouviez utiliser le service payant de la gare centrale. L'évier inexistant comme vous l'appelez est un évier standard, je ne comprends pas quel est le problème. Comme toujours, attendez l'heure de l'examen pour parler, car nous ne savons pas que vous avez signalé certaines choses. Et j'ajoute que la réception garantit TOUJOURS sa présence dans la structure, je suis désolé mais nous ne pouvions pas nous voir mais c'était une coïncidence.

Wir haben 4 Nächte im B&B in Neapel in einem Dreibettzimmer mit Balkon verbracht. Das B&B Paradise befindet sich im 5. Stock eines älteren Hauses mit Aufzug, ist allerdings neu renoviert, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Im Flur befindet sich eine Lavazza Kaffemaschine und im Zimmer Wasserkocher und Tassen. Wir haben die Lage in Bahnhofsnähe bewusst gewählt, weil wir viel unterwegs waren und man da die beste Anbindung hat, auch kleine Läden und Imbisse, allerdings ist es auch ziemlich laut, wegen einer Baustelle und dem hektischen Straßenverkehr. Wem das nichts ausmacht, kann man das B&B Paradise nur empfehlen!

Были 1 ночь в Неаполе перед вылетом в Москву. Отель нормальный, чисто, все есть. НО. Лифт - это нечто. Отель находится на 5 этаже и без лифта с чемоданами вверх не каждый поднимется. Нам повезло - дяденька внизу что -то понажимал, 10 евроцентов дал (у нас правда были), их надо было опустить в аппарат в лифте (похож на наш старый таксофон), чтобы тот поехал , правда сначала другие гости других отелей поднялись вверх (там на каждом этаже разные отели) , а потом и наша очередь подошла, вечером лифт был бесплатный, вверх поднялись без проблем. А вот утром !!!! он просто не вызывался ни с какого этажа. Пришлось чемоданы тащить по лесенке. Персонал отеля очень милая девушка, отвечала на все вопросы и помогла с построением маршрута. на одну ночь отель вполне подходит. Расположение прямо у вокзала. Очень удобно и в аэропорт и на поезда.

Останавливались на одну ночь. На простыни были пятна и волосы (как будто постель вовсе не поменяли...) не возникает ощущения «свежего» номера. Не было горячей воды. Персонал доброжелательный, приветливый. Зато очень близко к вокзалу, что нам и было необходимо.
