Don’t judge the book by its cover. The outside is not brilliant (as it is in the heart of Naples), but the rooms are properly done and clean. Hospitality-wise, I’d highly recommend this hotel. Its location is close to the metro station, restaurants, and shops. An ideal base if you are going to Pompei and other tourist attractions in Naples, Italy. The buffet breakfast is lovely and has another great view from the rooftop! It is also great to hang out there during the evening. We requested a lovely room with a nice view as we are staying there during our wedding anniversary. When we checked in, they welcomed us with a bottle of bubbly wine to celebrate our anniversary. It is very considerate of them that they even gave us a room with a view of the city and Mount Vesuvius. In general, we truly loved our stay.

Perfect hotel, friendly helpful reception and great breakfast with views over the city ”
The hotel is clean, near the sights and good restaurants. Their breakfast is very nice and their staff were so hardworking. They have a lovely terrace with views over the city where you can have breakfast or have a drink and snack at the bar. We were arriving an hour after reception was closing but they kindly went the extra mile to accommodate us and wait for us to check in. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying a short break in Naples!

Very friendly, excellent breakfast and fantastic terrace”
We recently stayed Sept 2018. All the staff were amazing. The location is only 700m from the train station. The terrace on 6th floor is like an oasis from the hustle and bustle on the streets just outside. The plunge pool is a dipping your feet option however, does the job when sunbaking, plenty of sun beds. The room we booked unfortunately the aircon was broken and the shower screen also broken (5th floor). However, the staff kindly obliged to move us the next day to another room (2nd Floor, Frieda Room). This room was amazing, great storage, bathroom spacious, excellent hair dryer. Internet fantastic, USB ports in the wall next to bed. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was included for us - so delicious, the best we’ve ever eaten on any holiday. The variety and freshness and the love could be tasted in the food. Gabriele cooked from her heart. We only ate the dinner meals - so scrumptous you must eat her food. Bilge (manager) was so friendly and efficient. We loved it all.

Good location if you are arriving from the Main Central train station. Good breakfast and service but I didn't like the fact that you have to pay 10 cents euro every time you use the elevator going down and going up.

Good location and nice staff but very noisy”
The location is excellent - 2 minutes walking from main train station and from the bus stop to the airport. Also, it's close to many restaurants and shops. The breakfast is good. The hotel is in the 6th floor of an old building, you need 10 cents to make the elevator work. The downside of this B&B is the noise - The walls are paper thin and you can hear anything going on outside. Basically, it's a good value for money option if you don't mind the noise.

we had the room upstairs with our own private balcony which was great. the area can be a little intimidating at night but nice and close to the train if you want to catch it to pompeii or to another city. don't forget to keep some 10c for the lift otherwise it's a lot of stairs!!

Sehr angenehme Unterkunft mit vielen Pluspunkten (sauber, gut eingerichtet, tolle Terrasse mit Pool und spektakulärer Aussicht, wunderbares Frühstücksbuffet). Die Lage ist einerseits nicht die schönste (direkt am Bahnhof, in einer nicht gerade attraktiven Umgebung), andererseits aber für Zugreisende ideal und auch nicht weit vom historischen Zentrum entfernt - alles kann gut zu Fuss erreicht werden.

다들 평이 좋아 예약했습니다 3인가족이였고 예약시 보이는 트리플룸으로 알고갔습니다 다들 좋았다는 소소하지만 루프탑 전망이나 야외풀이나,,, 나폴리 숙소가 역 주변은 그닥 좋지 않다는건 알고 가서 큰 기대는 없었습니다 그러나 체크인 시 예약상에는 어디에도 나와있지 않았던 다른 건물로 안내(2개의 빌딩을 운영하고 있다며) 각각 28인치 캐리어를 끌고 좁은 엘리베이터를 타고 올라왔는데 또 내려가 다른건물로 이동(심지어 여기는 엘리베이터도 없음) 방컨디션운 복층으로 되어있는데 그냥 어둡웠어요 창문은 열 생각도 못했습니다 그냥 너무 시끄럽고 문 열면 바로 옆 건물;;;;; 룸안에서 취사가능하다고 했으나 식기류 보고 또한번 경악,,,, 바로 문닫았어요 여기서 제일최악은 열쇠만 네개 주었는데 처음 건물 열쇠 빼곤 아파트먼트 키, 방문 키 다 안열려서 20-30분간 진을 빼다가 결국 옆건물로 다시 가서 스탭도움 요청했어요 저만 이탈리아 열쇠에 적응을 못하나 했더니 같은건물에 올라가던 현지인에게 열쇠 사용을 못하겠다 도와달라하니 몇분 해보더니 자기도 못하겠다며 절레절레 , 스탭도 한번에 하지도 못하고 열쇠때문에 밖에 못나갈정도로 스트레스 받았어요 만약 다른건물로 가야해서 이렇게 불편할줄 알았으면 예약하지 않았을거에요 그부분은 꼭 공지를 해야할꺼 같아요 좋았던부분은 오직 조식밖에 없네요

정말 쾌적하고 편안하고 친절한 호텔입니다 처음에 도착했을 때 객실 상태도 좋았고 옥상 테라스에서 바라보는 야경도 멋졌습니다 치안이 좋지 않은 나폴리의 특성을 고려할 때 역에서 가깝다는 것이 큰 장점입니다 무엇보다 주인아저씨가 친절하셔서 주방사용도 허가해준 유일한 호텔이기도 합니다
