We selected Verde Oliva as we wanted to stay somewhere in a quiet place outside city centre near the stadium after attending a concert . It's a 5 min drive to the stadium so great for this. Easy check in and early entry was agreed by the host who communicates promptly via WhatsApp.
The room has a door to a shared terrace so can't really sleep with the window open. We had a good sleep until someone in the structure decided to use a pressure washer at 8am. They also started hoovering other rooms at similar time and hanging towels outside our window, after a late night it's not ideal. We also got a "reminder" text at 10:06 saying that the check out was at 10am, we had a 3yo child, left by 10:10.

Staff were helpful. You will have a comfortable night's sleep. It is good value for money. The frontage is well done. If you want a cheap, convenient night passing through, you could do a lot worse. It is very safe and secure.
Location is closer to Mad Max than to a green olive grove. It is a drive to eateries, and be careful in watching for the turn in, as you will have to loop around another couple of km if you miss it.

La chambre réservée ne correspondait pas à notre attente ainsi que le prix.”

La réservation était faite pour un couple lit 2 personnes au prix de 90 euros débités sur ma carte bancaire. a notre arrivée on a du accepter une chambre avec deux lits superposés au tarif affiché de 50 euros la nuit. Comment vais je être remboursé des 40 euros payés en trop ?
Que nous ne soyons pas prévenu avant notre arrivée par téléphone les mails ne fonctionnant pas.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen für Ausflüge mit dem Auto. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
Hinter und neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein Schrottplatz. Da hier wohl viele Bauarbeiter übernachten, war es in den Morgenstunden recht laut.
