I had a totally satisfactory experience at B&B Verdi. The manager Veronica was accommodating in all requests and gave plenty of advice for exploring Salerno and the Amalfi Coast. The B&B is a few minutes away from a pier where boats to the Amalfi Coast leave once a day (for a more complete service, another pier is easily reachable by bus or with a 20-minutes walk). Salerno's historic centre is a few steps away. All in all, a great choice at a very competitive price.

the owner is so nice”
nice staff, great food, clean room
it's not near from the train station. you could take the bus there, but i'll say just take the taxi to save the time. it's pretty near from the SITA bus station, you can buy the penini at the store behind the bus station, the owner will tell you. breakfast here is quite good. must try the restaurant that the owner recommends, cheap and delllllllllicious.
