I came here on a Sunday night with my mom and sister. The hotel itself is at great location (walking distance to the JR train, and right across from the famous B-speak cake shop). The host are very kind and patient, always offer help, they make you feel so warm staying here. Room is tidy and comfy. The breakfast was great. It is not a big B&B that you wont be bothered much. Again, the host had been being very nice.

Location is good. Around 8mins walk from Yufuin Station. Room is clean and spacious. I really like the Japanese tatami style room. Cozy and comfortable. I reserved the family onsen and was allocated 45mins. This is more than enough time for me to shower and soak in the onsen. Breakfast was included and it was good. Overall excellent stay and I highly recommend this to other travelers.

Nice stay with hot-spring bath”
It was about 5-min from Yufuin Station, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathhouse was equipped with hot-spring bath, which was a must-try at Yufuin. The breakfast was nice too.

Excellent location”
The hotel is located at the main road and nearby b-speak. It takes only 6 minutes to walk there, excellent location! The owners were very friendly but the hot spring for female is relatively small. I felt disappointed because the owner said the hotel will be closed in the next day. Therefore, I have to bring my baggage to the station and to pay for coin locker before sightseeing.

Sweet and nice”
It takes about 10 - 15 minutes walk from the Yufuin train station with nice neighborhood. The service is very nice and the price is good with comfy room and cute little spa room. The food is good! (we did not order dinner as they are already full booking, yet the breakfast is definitely nice)

Don't recommend if you're expecting a nice big onsen. But, all together this place was extremely clean, and wasn't far from both Yufuin staion and Kinrin lake.

Yufuin rains in March”
It’s heavy rain outside, but since we arrived at noon and not yet reach the check in time, we cannot enter the room. The host did not propose us to stay in the lobby but immediately dry our suitcase to avoid wetting the floor. I did not feel welcome. The check out time is 10:00 which is also the earliest check out time I ever had! However, this place is nice and comfortable to stay. Good location as well.
