Great as always, just the aircon could be better”
We love the style of the rooms and always choose this as our hotel when in this area. The car park is a bit tight and the aircon lacks a bit of power but apart from those points we love it here.

Great as always”
Loved the rooms but there was no microwave in our room this time and the bathroom was a bit smelly. Not that big of a deal though as we don't spend all day in a hotel room.

Appartment in the heart of the city”
It's a very nice, calm and tidy place close to city life. I found it easy to ge from here to main city attractions and also to enjoy common Bangkok life.

Internet not working at all”
I complained about the internet connection which is very slow and unstable. As a result, they changed the room for me, but the wifi is still unstable. I complained but they never fixed the internet issue. Anything else, it was perfect for me. If you ask me if I wanted to stay, I would say "never, ever" unless the internet is truly fixed

Dated place with a lack of atmosphere and attentiveness by staff”
Just wanted to try some other place in Suan Phlu area but it was not nice. The venue is dated and the staff not really friendly. No elevator and noise from the construction side next door rounded off my disappointment. Better look for another option.

Got an amazing Agoda deal on this place”
I loved this place. I only booked 3 nights and wish I book much more. When I booked the B.S. Court Hotel I did not think carefully about the booking. It was in a nice location and the price was right (I paid something like 25$ a night). After I arrived I realized that the rooms feel like having a quaint 1bd in Bangkok. There is a nice kitchen area, a lovely bathtub, and I loved the Japanese style raised tatami area. As an American that used to reside in Japan I especially loved this. When i tried to book more nights the price jumped up to around 150$ per night! This may have been due to New Years prices but I was very disappointed as I feel this is too much for the room even for New Years - as nice as it is I do not pay that much for rooms when I travel and I think there may be many other nice choices at that price point. If you can grab this place for something lower like 25$ a night it is an unbelievable deal.

Great Little Place tucked away in a corner”
Though B.S. Court is on a small street off of a capillary street of Sathom and seems like nothing much from the outside, once you check into the room you see a really cool design of the room and interesting little trinkets work done. It's spacious with a bedroom, living room, kitchen area, bathroom and front area that is more than enough for several people if necessary plus a interesting relaxing C-shaped sofa kinda thing. The internet was fast and AC was working. The only drawback to the place was that at first when the water came out of the shower it was a little reddish in hue and they had to let the water run a bit for the problem to fix itself. However the red water didn't really smell but it was one thing that they had to fix. Other than that it was definitley worth the money and felt like you got more than for hte budget price. Plus you could check out at 2 PM instead of at 12 noon to get some extra zzz's.

Incredible Value for Money”
This is one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. The room was a generous size - even a 'standard' is a mini-suite, with separate kitchen and bedroom areas. The room was well maintained, with a good sized bathroom (including a full bath if wanted)and generous wardrobe space - including lockable cupboard. Other elements, such as the cable TV and Wi-Fi, functioned well. The kitchen had a full set of crockery. The hotel is well located, just 2 minutes walk from Sathorn Rd (convenient bridge), and from there straight up Convent Rd to Sala Deang BTS & MTR, or, if you prefer, Patpong. Consequently food sellers of all types are easy to find, as are all types of shopping. The public transport stations make this a good base to explore Bangkok from - or further afield, we had no problem getting to Hau Lamphong for a train to Kwai at 6.30am. But best of all was the staff. This started with complimentary water at check-in, to unobtrusive care during the stay, to ensuring the taxi driver used the meter as we pulled away. It was little things - like making sure my wife had an extra towel to help with her long hair, or re-arranging the matting so my wife and I could sit together rather than with a table between us. The attitude is superb, from the owners down to the house staff, and everyone in between. Even the security officer stands and salutes you as you come in at night. And the 'price' for this - having to sit tetami on mats in a Japanese style room. Precisely as shown in the pictures. It is no price at all. I cannot praise this hotel highly enough.

Better than expected ”
B.S Court Hotel was much better than it looks in the pics. The room was large and very comfortable. The hotel is a bit far from Silom Road but is still walking distance. The hotel staff were very helpful. The Hotel was very good value for money.

Lovely place”
We really enjoyed this hotel. Particularly the style of the room, or rather, a studio was very cosy and ambient. Especially for the lovers of Japanese style, B.S. Court is very appealing. I plan to always stay there when in Bangkok.

A good budget place in central area of Bangkok”
I was satisfied with my stay (3 nights) because I got a very good deal from Agoda for the executive room, which is very large and has a full kitchen (even dishes and utensils). The bathroom has a bathtub. The receptionist staff were friendly and nice, the maid was sweet. This place is right in the middle of Sathorn, the business road of Bangkok. Most accommodations are very expensive so this is a good budget choice. It is located inside a little soi which is rather quiet, but it's not far from the main road either. BTS is still in a walking distance. My suggestions for improvement would be: The condition of the room is very old, some renovation would be great. There was a working desk in the room but there was no where to plug my computer in, so I had to sit at the Japanese table to work. The room had no balcony and the shower was mostly either too cold or too hot. The building had no elevator and my room was on fourth floor. Other than that I think this is a very good budget choice for Sathorn area. You can eat from 7-11 or on the road for a budget meal or you can choose the luxurious and beautiful restaurant "Baan Khanitta" just walking a bit out to Sathron road.

Fantastic well located apartment with a difference”
i have stayed many times in bangkok, but never stayed in a unique japanese styled place like this before, other than in japan itself. i simply loved it. the place was absolutely spotless. i've ben to hundreds of hotels around the world and this was probably the cleanest of any. location to sathorn and silom area was very handy, just a short stroll. housekeeping was very attentive. place was quiet and the bed was very comfy. in regards to the style of the place. if you are into contemporary interior design then this place may not be for you. it is lovely, no doubt about it, but it is traditional japanese design, which was a bonus for me as it is a style that i enjoy very much. i could not fault this place, really a nice, pleasant stay.

Simply Loving It”
I would consider this as the most value for money hotel I have ever stayed in anywhere. The front counter staff and the room attendants are pleasant and polite. My deluxe room is Japanese styled, large and although the furniture are kind of dated, they are kept in good and clean condition. The bathroom, which also consist of a bathtub, is very well maintained (kudos to the cleaning stuff). However during my stay, a strange sewage like odour lingers about the room whenever the aircon is on, which even an air freshner I bought was unable to eradicate but does make it more tolerable. The television cable channels are all in Thais and there is no elevator (if it matters). The location is near business district and surrounded by embassies. It is also not too far from the night entertainment spots at Silom or Surawongsi. Transportation wise, unless you are comfortable with taking the public bus or flagging the cab, it is about 15 mins walk to Sala Daeng BTS or Lumpini MRT. At this price and standard of cleanliness, I would definitely stay in this hotel again and strongly recommend anyone else to do so too. Thank you BS Court and Agoda.

Very nice room and superb staff”
we came back to this hotel 3 times during our 3 week stay in thailand and altough we only spent 1-2 nights each time there, we can highly recommend it. the staff were so friendly and let us leave some of our luggage with them and when we came back, they had already put it in the new room. they were really helpful! the location is right around the corner of sathorn which is the business district. there are also a lot of foodstalls around but if you look for restaurants, you have to walk for at least 10 minutes or take a taxi somewhere else. the metro is a 10-15 minutes walk away (lumpini park) or you just hop in one of the many taxis.

Simple Hotel in Nice District”
Had a bunch of friends staying at Frasers Suites Sathorn round the corner. As I was keen on meeting them but could only confirm plans later, I opted for a single room at this BS Court Hotel nearby. It was a good choice as it was reasonably priced, the room was spacious and the service was friendly. In fact, I would say the room was bigger than in some of the mainstream hotels. Furniture was simple and functional. One issue is that this hotel does not have a lift and I was put on the top (4th) floor. I didn't have much baggage so it was not a problem, but if climbing stairs is an issue for you, it might be worth taking note of this. It is also not that close to any of the tube lines, so its a bit of a walk if you intend to use those modes of public transport. The residential area is also very local. You can see regular Thais going about their daily business, unlike other parts of Thailand which is more used to tourist traffic. Loved the simple food I got from the street and the absence of touts. On the other side of the main street is the central business district.

Nice Spacious Room”
This will be my XX time (many times) staying at this establishment over across a period of Id say 5 years plus. It has a very nice and spacious bedroom with a lay-out of similarly to a soho unit. Upon entry there will be a small living area with Japanese style seating. There is a small pantry area with tap, simple utensils, fridge, kettle and a microwave. The bathroom (depending on which unit you got) has got a long bath or a short bath Id say and most units has a ventilation fan with it. The bedroom is simple with a closet and simple dressing area. Overall I would say its nicely decorated with a touch of Japanese style. Nearby about 10 probably at most 15 minutes wal, there is a local market with ample food and shops but dont expect a shopping centre. The only thing about BS Court is that it does not have an elevator so if you have a heavy load of luggage, its best you request for gd or 1st floor.
