It’s so comfortable, good view, not too far from the central city and the room is clean , quiet and I like an opened wide balcony most.

great hotel, good price for service and quality”
Our stay at the B2 Chiang Mai Resort and Spa was very nice. The rooms were extremely nice, and the quality of service for the price you will not get anywhere else. My wife and i chose this place as it looked good and was cheap. We were extremely pleased with the service we recieved from the hotel.
Clean, spacious rooms with amenities / service”
we chose this place because it was within walking distance from wat u mong - a beautiful forest wat one km behind the hotel. it's worth exploring the area- we found some cozy thai local handouts on the side road of a cafe and book shop (book republic). we got a room facing canal road, and while you can barely hear the traffic sounds from the 5th floor, it may be better to get mountain views if one is on the lower floors. the room's spacious and full length windows make it seem more so. bath robes provided. we got stuck with a size able laundry bill but only because we didn't check prices beforehand. there's some local serviced laundries one lane in to the left of b2.
Service with a smile and spacious rooms”
We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms and courteous service. Amenities like bathrobes, hair dryer and mini-bar were a nice plus. Concierge gave us great directions to the Chiang Mai U post office, walking trip to Wat U Mong and Big C (nearby by red pick-up taxi). Laundry charge pretty hefty (which would be expected for a conference-type hotel like this)--you can get similar services in lane behind hotel. Also, village market in lane behind hotel, and two Wats nearby. To the right of hotel, down Canal Road is a Book Republic, book shop and cafe. Down that lane are small, family run restaurants and some bars. Friendly service around there. Overall, while the hotel is not centrally located, we liked the quiet and proximity to a big Wat and a nearby village. We loved our stay here.
4 star hotel experience without the cost”
We only stayed for one night but it was really nice to stay a hotel of this quality at a very economical price. Very close to the airport (5-10 minutes drive) so great for an early flight. The open-air restaurant on the roof served really nice Thai food with nice atmosphere and views of nearby Doi Suthep mountain. The staff were helpful in arranging a motorbike for rent and location was close to drive up to Doi Suthep for the day. Also not too far to the centre of Chiang Mai once you get your bearings. The room was top notch, very comfortable with great facilities and separate living room and kitchen area. Bathroom also very luxurious. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a quality hotel experience at discounted prices.
Clean and affroad ”
The Best Western Chiang Mai is a great choice of affordable price hotels in Chiang Mai. Each room is very clean and well-maintained, with international 4 stars standard amenities. The location may be too far from Chiang Mai city, but not a problem for a car travelers. There are a lots of parking available as well.
Reasonable cost and quality”
Good in general, good local chain hotel. However, B2 Premier Chiang Mai Resort & Spa was Best Western Hotel and many electronic map still show old hotel name, so to find hotel is not yet easy.
Nice Hotel”
This hotel is clean, the staff are friendly, internet is fast, rooms are spacious. However it is on the side of motorway so youll need to take taxis everywhere or arrange your own transport. Also the photos of the place include a picture of a pool and it is called "resort and spa" but there was no pool or "spa" on the grounds of B2. I didnt mind this - but other customers might if they have chosen your hotel for the fact it has a pool and spa.
outer ring road of Chiang Mai, clean room”
Located at outer ring road of Chiang Mai. Don't book this hotel unless you have own transportation. clean, nice and spacious room. everything is well-functioning, friendly staff. very suitable for long stay. One side of rooms facing Doi Suthep with great mountain view. I stayed this hotel twice. It is a little be far from city center.
Good inexpencive hotel”
b2 premier is a good hotel, have all standard facilities, clean and inexpensive. good choice for tourists who use most of their time sight-seeing in chiang mai area instead of staying at the hotel, and for business travelers. hotel's located on the main road, but not easy to reach the public transportation.
Excellent stay at b2 premier hotel”
It was a hot Wednesday afternoon that I reached Chiang Mai from Lampang. Was greeted and offered a road facing room on the second floor. Very cosy and comfortable room. Good ambience and location close to the airport. Coffee shop and swimming pool located next to the premise. Was offered mobility Assistance thru tie up scooter Rental service. Great experience.
Reasonable price! Good location”
good location for travellers who are looking for a quiet place in the city of chiang mai. the hotel is located near to mt. suthep and not far from that you can walk to an old temple. it is a very historical temple of chiang mai. the room is very clean and decorated with good materials. good to have wi-fi accessible for free. you will enjoy with the penthouse of the hotel. at night, it is a great place to appreciate chiang mai's atmosphere.
Away from traffic, nice suite”
The B2 Premiere is a cleaned up, although not gutted, Best Western. The location was convenient for us, but we have a vehicle and prefer to avoid the heart of Chiang Mai traffic. The service was excellent, the breakfast buffet was below average, the swimming pool was nice. No towels for the swimming pool. Maid service was wonderful (small kids make a mess), and the front desk gave us a late 2:00pm check out no problem. Great value for price.
Locals love it”
The suite at the B2 Premiere has recently become our favorite spot for travelling with our family. More Thais than foreigners at this hotel, we find that a suite (1 bed, 1 bath, 1 living room, sink) is perfect for our small family to spread out and enjoy our vacations / business travels without being cooped up in a little room. For the price you can't beat it, but you better know how to get around like a local, it's not in the center of town.
Convenient location with great mountain view”
B2 Premier CM is situated on Klong Chon Pratan road which is near to inner Chiangmai city and tourist spots i.e. Doi Suthep, Chiangmai Zoo, Nimmanhemin Street etc. In addition, the hotel's price is reasonable and value for money. A nice stay with affordable price.
Price is right”
I think if you want to stay in this place, you will have some plan to go somewhere else the next day. I got to Chiang Mai at the evening by airplane, got my car and the hotel is very closed to the airport. Since its location is very convenient to go both south and north of Chiang Mai. It is the place to sleep one night and go further. The room is clean, rather old but at this price you cannot complaint. The mountain view of Doi Suthep is worth to stay a little bit more before setting off your next journey. The breakfast was great.
Very acceptable!”
Clean, huge and well sorted room. A little 'American' vintage which I thought was quite 'cool'; all in all a quality living space and wonderful staff. Zero problems, perfect for business, quiet with a nice mountain view as I requested. NO worries here. Great price, no regrets at all. If you are wishing to go back and forth from your hotel to visit 'town' in Chiang Mai, forget it. You should get another room if you are the 'walker' type. This location is for business, or leave in the morning and get back at night, then perfection. Nearest 7-11 is even miles away, yikes. I liked it for my first night, but then too far.
Good but could be improved”
Location is nice, quiet as its out of the main part of chiang mai.. stay here if you have transportation.. price wise, wasnt too bad for a pretty last minute booking.. the aircon was cold and the room is spacious. However, cupboard doors dont close properly, bathroom is pretty dark and has exposed lighting wires near the mirror..
Value for money”
Value for money. Will denitely stay at B2 premier again.
a bit outside the town”
I You like to live a little a side of the crowded city o Chiang Mai this is a good hotel to live in. The staf of the hotel is very serviceminded and friendly they realy take care of You. The have a realy good transportservice around the day. And the are collection You up in exact time too. I could recomend this hotel for a stay of 2 - 3 days.
met my needs”
the hotel was clean, food was nice, the hotel is on the outer ring road, with no public transport visible, so a car is definitely needed, but I think if the hotel is ever full parking will be a problem as there's not that many car parking places, plenty of places of interest to visit in chiang mai, but again a car is needed, there is nothing within easy walking distance to the hotel.
