“Old buildings, uncoordinated staff, Poor or no wifi access”
The buildings and hallways need to be updated, but the rooms are very clean and in good shape. The food, served in the cafe, is only microwaved wraps, which are very small and of extremely limited selection. The staff, can be unhelpful or helpful but confused, depending on who you get. Some speak English very well, but they don't really listen or try to fix an issue. They are not at all problem solvers and are prone to either misunderstand, or give a polite smile and apology without really caring what you have to say. I have been here three times and am fluent in Thai, so language is not "the" issue. My biggest complaint is about the WIFI. When you check in, you must add B2 to the LINE app and manually request a WIFI password. You need internet to add them to Line, you need internet to make the request with your room number (after check-in) and you need internet to receive your password. While the first two steps can be done in the cafe (they never offered the cafe password to me even when I said I had no internet on my first of three visits and were borderline rude in Thai. The second visit they were extremely slow to give me the password. I had to use my own plan to receive it and it came about 3 or 4 hours after I checked in. The third visit, they NEVER sent the password, despite me requesting it twice and complaining I person at the desk. It's not a terrible place, but after three visits there (the location is convenient for me), I have given up on the staff and the WIFI. I won't be going back.
