A great place to stay at a great price”
Affordable price to stay at this awesome international standard hotel at very affordable prices. Stayed here with my 2 kids and we all loved the unique boutique look and design of the triple room. Staff were helpful and friendly, great amenities provided, there's nothing not to like about this hotel. It was about a 15 minute walk into town for markets and there are also restaurants nearby

Good Hotel But You Might Lose Some Items”
Overall, the hotel is clean and comfortable and a good location for the price. Unfortunately, on our visit, the hotel maid accidentally threw away a pair of shoes that we had tied in a bag (the shoes were a bit dirty and we kept it in a bag in order to not get things in suitcase dirty). We reported it to the desk clerk, and their investigation concluded that there were no shoes that were thrown away and maybe we were just mistaken. We asked the desk clerk to follow up again with the manager to see what could be done. A day goes by without any answer from the manager or the desk clerk. On the final day that we were about to leave, I inquired again about what the hotel planned to do about the missing shoes. Again, they said they would investigate and let us know. I said, "I'm leaving today, you have had two days to find a solution and either explain what the hotel would do to compensate for the shoes or if there was something else that needed to be done. Can you get a manager involved?" Shortly after, a manager approached me and said that if I wish to be compensated for the shoes (roughly $10) then I would have to call the police myself and file a police report so that the insurance company can cover the cost of replacing whatever was lost. Needless to say, the price of the shoes was not worth the trouble. No effort was taken to even offer any alternative option that would encourage us to ever want to stay at B2 again. We would have been happy with a discount on a room for the next visit. Or here's a complimentary upgrade if you wish to stay another night. So yes, stay at B2 at your own risk as anything accidentally missing from your hotel room that is not a substantial value or simply nostalgic could potentially just be stolen or thrown away without the hotel taking responsibility for it through their process.
