About Baan Chay Namm Resort

With individual cottages, the hotel will make you feel miles away from the Thai capital. Yet, set by a fishing pond, Baan Chay Namm Resort is just minutes from the international airport. The location makes this an excellent transit hotel, either between flights or a drive further down to one of the resort towns. You can also visit nearby attractions such as the Crocodile Farm, Safari World, and shopping malls such as Seacon Square and Fashion Island. If you have the time, you can also make a quick trip to the downtown area. Baan Chay Namm Resort is a different kind of a transit hotel with a location that makes you feel away from the city while still being in it.

Cruel for Visitors
Completely an unfriendly hotel, confirmed and paid booking didn't mean you can have avalible rooms to sleep. The manager and staffs didn't care you sleep on street even if they have rooms. The staffs were so lazy to do housekeeping and happily saw you no place to sleeps. What a fxxking hotel. The boss should not operate the hotel.

not one to go out of your way for
staff, food, live fish
Mediocre Place to stay compared to whats around. This is not close to the airport which is why I booked. However this establishment is cute in its own little way.

Relaxing but the staff are unable to speak English
Quiet, value for money and out of city area.
Relaxing but food and communication are the 2 main challenges we faced during our stay.

Great location and great rooms plus service
very good room with balcony overlooking river. Good restaurant and great service with a smile.
Everything was perfect with the exception of the hard matress, but that is a problem all over Asia. Breakfast a bit too restricted (only eggs and bacon) and the coffee too weak. Still, very much recommended.

efficient even though i checked in at 1am
quiet and serene with great views of a sunrise.
Stay for a short night, but I was bitten by mosquitoes although windows and doors were closed. It was a serene and quiet place to hang out, but it may be a little hard to reach from the Airport or city in the middle of the night. My taxi cab driver actually lost his way.

Calm & Quite Resort but away from Bangkok
Calm & Quite
We had a one night stay at the Resort. Took a cab from the Airport and paid 138 Bhats. Nice Room though water were clogging in the bathroom. Very polite staff especially the manager, Mr Lui. Mind you, only Mr Lui speaks atleast a bit of english. If Lui is not there, you are dead.. ha ha
