Broken floor ”
I really surprise after driving 7 hours to Hua Hin & renting this villa with broken floor in the master bed room . I asked the owner to change it or fix it but he does not have an option to change so I had to spend the night with this broken floor which is unsafe for kids as well. The owner should be honest & tell all the damage in the villa before rent it to customer. I already contacted to Agoda customer service & they are very helpful as well.

Dear customer, I am the manager of the villa. - Sorry for uncomfortable. Sorry for any mistake, after you check in, if you find the house is not clean you can inform me at that time directly, so I will call my staff to clean up as soon as you tell me. - The location of the house is shown before you booked and not that far from town by car honestly. I know that you don't have a private car and I tried to help you for everything contact with taxi as well. Because of in town or near the night market, there is no place to built any pool villa project or hotel with private pool like this. That is why many project has to built a bit far from down town. I am so sorry for our location. - The Seven eleven near us is also in front of the soi114, exactly 500 meters from the house. - We have Wifi, and I already informed you about the password on the TV. If it cannot use, you can just ask me again. I am sorry about this as well. # Over all, thank you for the comments.

Pros: spacious bedrooms. Nice pool. In a Secure complex. Cons: no oven. Main bedroom wooden floor lifting in middle and tripped over it a few times. This is dangerous and must be fixed.

泳池棒，性价比高”
适合自驾，门口的路在修，谷歌地图很精确，跟着走就行。 小区有24小时保安，看着比较放心，里面有七八栋别墅，规模不大。 来做check in的员工和打扫卫生是同一个，会从下午两点等客人到两点，建议住宿的客人尽量提前告诉房主确切的到达时间以避免他人的等待。 房屋很私密，泳池的水很干净，整体卫生状态不错，会收3000株押金，而且不像其他评论里说的要自己交水费。 唯一了缺点是客厅的空调不稳定，总之非常推荐～
